I was walking into the local CVS..when a gentleman approached me and asked if he could be of assistance.I asked for an item and was immediately directed to it.Then Milton informed me of being a CVS care pass customer and handled everything with professional care and support.Great store....Better employee!

Needed a prescription filled, this particular CVS sent prescription to wrong provider delaying refill. Then after getting order, was told they were out of medication and they wouldn’t get it until after the holiday weekend - making me be out of medication for 3 days and was told transferring prescription to another store wasn’t possible. Text received that medication was ready and when trying to pick up medication, said it wasn’t ready and was at a different location. They wouldn’t fill prescription at this location. Got to other CVS pharmacy, and it was the wrong CVS! I was told the wrong CVS. It is now 15 minutes before closing and the the right CVS was across Dallas - so no way to get there by the time they closed. This pharmacist was gracious and filled my prescription in 5 minutes and allowed me to get my medicine tonight versus going another day without it. Have had several other issues with this particular CVS off Coit and 75 and would not recommend. Will be transferring all medications to a different location.

Pharmacy drive thru is really slow. They never know anything nor care to help. Medicine is never in stock.

This is probably one of the most appalling and disturbing experiences I've ever had at any retail store, let alone any CVS location. After asking for a shopping cart or basket, I was ridiculed by the associate as she yelled at me "we ain't got no baskets here". I was quite taken back and made a comment that they might want to get some shopping carts into this location. Five minutes later Dallas PD is tapping me on the shoulder while standing at the self checkout counter and the officer proceeds to physically assault me without charging me with any crime or lawful detainment. The associate who professes to be the GM begins making up all kinds of accusations, that I was disturbing the other customers, cursing at everyone, etc. a complete and utter lie. I'm actually now seeking damages as this was a willful attempt to weaponize the police by making false statements, and knowingly submitting a false police report. 12 Dallas cops showed up and tried to intimidate me, bully me, and violated my constitutional rights while doing so. I'm loyal to CVS, and this was encounter was one off and not typical in my many years of shopping many CVS locations.

This location doesn't open on time. Lights come on and doors stay locked. It's after 8 and customers are coming and going.

Got some pictures printed, walked in to a woman greeting us with a great smile. So sweet. We forgot our wallet pictures so we came back and she immediately helped us and was very welcoming! Her name is Carolyn! This woman deserves a raise for her sweetness and professionalism.

Customer service at the pharmacy is horrible. The woman who answered the phone gave me different answers when I asked her questions about availability of medication and needing to talk to my doctor. Then she told me she was on lunch and hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service!

The pharmacy staff will do everything they can to help you. They are always so kind and they truly go above and beyond. Sad to leave this pharmacy and hope to find another CVS as great as this one!

The personnel at this pharmacy always are so nice and helpful. They have gone the extra mile for me in finding medication I have needed! I recommend them highly!

Wow, what a difference it makes to have kind and caring professionals work here at the CVS Coit & Alpha versus a bad experience I had at another nearby CVS location (Coit & Belt Line.) I came here after that location suggested I try this location for a "walk in" Covid booster. I went to the Pharmacy counter and was greeted by Hanan and she genuinely wanted to help. She explained that we must be in their system in order to administer the vaccine. She asked if I could make the appointment on my phone. I said I would go back home and do it on my computer because that would be easier for me, plus it was lunchtime and I was hungry. I went home and was able to make the appointment for 3:00 that afternoon on my computer. Hubby and I both came back at 3:00 and the Pharmacy was much busier at this time, but we were still treated with respect and they got everyone taken care of. We had to wait for two other customers that were ahead of us to get their shots and then we received our shot from Tigist Gebteyesus, the Pharmacy Tech. She was very friendly and did a great job giving us our shots. She updated our Covid-19 Vaccination Cards that I brought with us. I went out of my way to ask for their names because both Hanan and Tigist went above and beyond and are true examples of providing excellent customer service.

The pharmacy lady was so rude I scheduled a covid appointment and when I got to the drive-through she said oh I don't know if anybody knows how to do that I'll be back and she was gone for about 15 to 20 minutes so finally I hit the call button and she answered and she's like are you picking up and i'm like I've been sitting here waiting for my covid test and she's gonna tell me the machine is down so I asked her I've been sitting here waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes how come you didn't say that to begin with and she was like oh I had to go ask somebody OK but then whenever I called you act like you didn't know who I was. She then hangs up the phone and just walks away what kind of customer service do yall got going on. And from what im seeing with other reviews yall need to do a lesson with customer service again cuz some people forgot or something.
