Every time I go to this store they're always out of something.. This morning , one of the registers was not working. I went in for A bag of ice... They were out! Last week it was oat meal. And the bathrooms are filthy!!!! I told the attendant he just shrugged Shoulders.

Can I give a negative review? We came in and tried to buy a few things and had to pee. The manager gave us an attitude. The pharmacist was in one of the restrooms for an EXTENDED period of time and then slammed the door so we couldn't get in. Too many homeless people to run a business apparently.

CVS 13033 Coit Rd Dallas, TX. Yesterday, 7/28/2024 around 3:30PM, I was shocked, when I requested help from the manager and another employee to process my purchase with coupons as I get confused easily. There was no one in the store at that moment and the manager REFUSED to help me!!!! Both of them were having a conversation next to me!!! Nothing important!!! This is what makes me not want to purchase in your establishments (CVS) any longer!!! This is really bad customer service!!! Real bad impresión of the manager at that location!!! Will never go there again!!!! Bad example to the employee!!! She should go and get remedial training on how to treat customers or terminated. My prediction is that this store will close soon!!!!!!!!!! I was not upset, but completely angry and disrespected!!!!

Several items I wanted to purchase, were not in stock. There are no shopping carts either handheld or pushcarts in the store-When I asked about it, the worker said they had one in the whole store, and it was in use. And a Skin care product I wanted to purchase was in a locked case and the worker said they did not have a key to open the case to sell the product! The person who tried to help me, seemed more irritated by my questions than interested in helping.

This location had been blah. Failure in my opinion. Now with Ms Ebony and Mr. Manuel, the place is best of had ever been. I mean safer and better for me I bipolar and high anxiety am treated very well by you all. Thank you for caring for me as I not own a car plus was just fired st McDonald's. You prove Extra care is alive and well. Thank you for the quick assistance when struggling with anything at all. Excellent

I picked up a pair of sunglasses to purchase. However, the computer charged more than the price listed on the product. I brought discrepancy to the attention of the clerk. He would not honor the price listed on the product. His view is the computer is correct and if I wanted the glasses, then I should pay the computer's price. This is the first time a store would not sell a product at the price marked on the product.
