The Pharmacy Clerk was tapping the payment screen for me instead of allowing me to do it myself. THIS WAS INSANE. Terrible service and they take forever on your medicine preperation I had to wait overnight to just get it the next day.

Five stars for pharmacy manager Deena and her staff who went the extra mile to help me with three prescriptions that had to be backed out and reprocessed several times. Zero stars for front-end manager Mike who had NO interest in providing customer service when I asked for help with a missed coupon. He let me walk away when he easily could have refunded my money and rung up my purchase again with my coupon. The pharmacy team was happy to do the transaction for me that Mike wouldn’t.

If I could give this location a zero I would trust me. The pharmacy is the rudest that I have ever saw in my life. I went to pick up my prescription and normally they would ask me for last name and date of birth. No this time they wanted my whole name, date of birth, address and phone number. I was like why are you asking these questions for. You have never done that before. The so-called supervisor said that it was policy. Who policy? Hers. I am a pharmacy technician and what she did is illegal. You better believe that I called the Pharmacy Board and reported this to them. This location is the worst.

Usually not a bad experience, however, this time was not very good. I went in to get some ice cream and bought a little container of hagen das. It was the only thing I bought and when the machine asked if I wanted a receipt I pressed no. I casually went out to the car where my wife and I were having a little conversation before we left. The cashier came busting out and accused me of stealing. I said I didn't steal anything. She wanted the receipt and I told her I didn't have one printed out. We went in and asked for the manager and had her go back into the machine and retrieve the receipt. After getting the receipt proving that it was bought and paid for, we didn't even get an apology This was a clear cut case of racial profiling as we happen to be Hispanic. You're employees need to stop being so "trigger happy" when it comes to race being suspect.

The only reason I was an occasional CVS shopper was for convenience, but now the only option is self check out which I detest. It wasn’t a smooth process, the machine was erroring out and required a managers key anyway. CVS you’ve lost a customer. Not coming back.

Most horrific experience ever.Do NOT use the restrooms. They are filled with bodily fluids and an unimaginable stench that you will never be able to erase from your memory as long as you live.City enforcement needs to regulate and regional management should investigate. Wear a hazmat suit in the process.

Marthy (I think that is her name, the one with the purple glasses) constantly make remarks at the worker who has been there a long long time ever since we’ve lived in the area. She bosses her around, and makes remarks like “why don’t you do something that is worth your time” I really hope this location resolves this issue I’ll definitely contact corporate about this women.

Service always punctual and the pharmacy staff always helpful. Ambience? Same any other CVS or other popular pharmacy chains.

I took my mother-in-law who is 98 years old to get her bivalent covid shot at this store. They had come out in the past to the car to giver her a flu shot. Every place that my mother-in-law had gone to get a covid shot they came out to give it to her. She 98 years old, has ankles that look like tree stumps from edema and terrible arthritis. She can barely walk at all with a walker. This day (Dec 13 2022) the pharmacist told me now that they don't do that any more, new policy. They made her walk in socks about 50 feet through the water (it had just rained) in the parking lot all the way to the back. They were unapologetic about it and didn't offer any alternatives (such as providing a wheelchair or relocating their shot area temporarily, etc...). They told me that she had to walk to the back of the store or she wasn't going to get that shot. I felt this was cruelty to not accommodate the handicapped and talking to their district supervisor he said this was OK with CVS, except about being rude and not trying to accommodate her in another way.
