Pharmacy never answers the phone. Does return calls and medications show pending far too long

The place is filthy. Dirty carpet. Trash on the floor. Very rundown. No help to speak of just a few self checkout machines. Customer service in general is abysmal. Prices are so high it's beyond belief. Anyone care for a $9 box of cereal.
On the upside, since their prices are so outrageous, they sometimes do a 75% or 90% discount probably because it's about to expire. So there are deals to be had if you go on the right day.
Overall however, how this dump stays in business is incomprehensible.

This place is a real benefit to the neighborhood. It's in walking distance and has a good selection of all the stuff I use on a regular basis. Well managed too, Dolly is always so vibrant & friendly and Abbas knows all the inventory backwards & forwards, and they both are pros at making the registers function when the software is problematic. I prefer stopping here than at a gas station for sundries.

I go to CVS A lot sometimes two or three times a week and It’s always the same. The atmosphere is ways friendly and And very helpful they greet you with a smile each time you go in there they are very courteous, polite, respectful, and nice and that’s been my experience for the last six years. I love CVS and the people.

The pharmacist was so nice to look for a medication I need in the area that they were out of. This saved me from calling all the cvs pharmacies around. I sure appreciate them

This CVS is run very well. It has a nice assortment of products and the employees are always happy to assist. It seems like the team here has very high morale and enjoy their jobs. Upon walking in, I’m always greeted and it’s an authentic, friendly greeting.
Once I was looking for an item that was out of stock and the team members (2 of them) went above and beyond to locate it and tell me why it was hard to find.
5 stars all the way for this CVS location!

walked around the store multiple times looking for someone who worked there. Finally had to ask the pharmacy to page someone- neither photo orders ready. One order they didn't know when would be ready because the printer wasn't working... when was anyone going to inform me? They didn't have the other order in the Que at all.

i like the store and location, this was originally an ECKARDS before it became a Canadian Value Store a long time ago. CVS doesn't have good service. I didn't like the aggressive corporate mooching and aggressive spam they sent me. I would tell them the dog ate my credit card and guard my personal info from the giant A.I. octopus and go shark mode, the octopus's worst enemy, CVS needs the help of GOD good orderly direction to fix their customer service mess and dump the unreliable check out machines that are extremely user unfriendly. they are too expensive for people who are uninsured. CVS needs to get with it! I didn't find much value at CVS nor did seem worthwhile.
