This store is the worst in Dallas. They have incompetent workers and uninterested managers. Waiting hours for photos. Got a call that the photos were ready. Show up. They arenāt ready. There isnāt ink. Wasted so much time. They shouldnāt be open.

Walked into CVS to grab some Kinder Joy eggs (the only chocolate I actually like). This short, older Indian guy accuses me of stealing dark chocolate Pocky. I donāt even eat that. Says he saw me on camera and then with his own eyes⦠pick a story š. I asked him to show me the footage he couldnāt. No proof, no tape. I told him he was wrong and walked right out. I need a manager Get it together, CVS.

I first went to the pharmacy where I got a prescription and some other shelf items. Kemi was very kind by letting me know about the discounts I could get with the CVS ExtraCare card. She referred me to the front register where Leykun helped sign me up. He was very sweet and personable. I appreciate both Kemi and Leykun for helping me sign up for the card. I saved $16.00 :)

Can't even buy Deodorant here.. the Deodorant is behind locked glass. I pushed the button, which announces to the whole store that I need assistance. Pushed the button once a minute for 5 minutes and no one showed up. This store is understaffed and you can't even purchase Deodorant. Do better

My experience tonight at CVS was horrible. I have only been to this CVS a handful of times since living in the area, and tonight the cashier and manager Iām assuming made two very inappropriate comments to me. According to my receipt that says I was helped by a āLeykunā, He proceeded to check my two items out as usual, then looked at me in a very strange way and told me that I looked very ātiredā. First, why is an employee of CVS commenting on a customerās physical appearance? But second, this man has no idea what I look like, so that in itself is beyond strange. But it gets worse, once I confirm that I might be a little tired he then asks me āAre you going home now or are you going out somewhere?ā Once again, WHY is CVS employees asking such inappropriate weird questions to customers? To purposefully make them feel uncomfortable? This experience made me incredibly uncomfortable and I will be reporting this, and I will advise everyone I know to stay away from this specific CVS and that employee.

This CVS is the absolute worse. Everything is always out of stock. I tried giving them a chance because of how understaffed they are however we went to get a pack of goobers in which there were bugs in the package! Iāve truly never seen anything so disgusting. Threw them away so fast as I didnāt want them to start crawling out the package. New management, sanitation and cleanliness is needed asap.

The manager Jackie Rodriguez embarrassed my niece saying she was trying to give her fake money ⦠with a line of people behind her ā¦.i went inside and the manager said that wasnāt true she didnāt say that (they had drawn on the bill and it was fine ā¦) then she said they didnāt have change which the cash register said they did ⦠it was all very embarrassing and rude ⦠I had other methods of paying and did but ⦠what an awkward experience !

I arrived to pick up my prescription and there was no order or prescription to be filled.
It was not the pharmacy fault that my incompetent doctor's office failed to call or send in the prescription.
I hesitated to wait and offered to return 6 hours later in the evening because I was short on time during the noon hour.
The pharmacist stated that they would put a rush on it and get it ready right away.
I asked approximately how long of a wait, and it was about 10 minutes.
I agreed to wait rather than have to come back another trip.
The pharmacist processed my prescription order and had me checked and automatically applied the full discount and paid in just about 5 minutes.
Excellent and exceptional service. I did not ask or expect it, but I am grateful and thankful for the pharmacy staff.
Thank You for a great experience.
Will definitely be back to this as my primary pharmacy.
