Upon arrival, there was a mistake that they usually correct with a phone call and no prescriptions were ready. When I reminded them they could call the other store they told me it would take hours. The laziness and attitude are unacceptable. The rude behavior is unacceptable. This behavior has always been present here. This is the only CVS I have ever been to where this unprofessional and unacceptable behavior is allowed. CVS evidently does not care that this location is costing them business. They have lost mine.

Shout out to Ethan.
He heard me groaning on the pain Isle and stepped right in to help.
Why the back pain meds are on the bottom self I will never understand, clearly whoever put them there has never had back pain?
Thank God for Ethan, though.. He stepped in right on time and grabbed those meds for me!

This is a great CVS location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is neat and clean, and the shelves are well stocked and organized. I've been in some bad CVS's before and this isn't one of them. Easy access from either Belt Line or Preston with lots of parking, too

I am always very pleased with my shopping experiences at CVS. The prices are reasonable and when I use my CVS coupons extra care discounts along with the OTC rewards from my health plan, many times I do not have to spend any out of pocket funds for my purchases. And that is a huge help to my fixed income. CVS is the best!???

There was no paper in the coupon printer, I advised a worker of such, he looked to be about 16 and fresh off smoking a doobie outside. He put paper in the printer, and my coupons came out, he took them and crumpled them up and threw them away. The coupon printer wouldn’t print any more coupons, I asked him why he threw them away,he said I could go get them out of the trash.

Easy in and out. The pharmacy tends to get backed up. But I think that's probably normal for any pharmacy.
