Pharmacist Scott Grundmann tried to provide me with medication that was not on my prescription. He decided send one of the techs to get an over the counter and all the techs noticed it was incorrect and that they did have the correct medication behind the counter , and the Techs made sure to correct the Pharmacists senseless and unethical mistake. I don’t trust this pharmacy due to Scott Grundmann as I also noticed he made a mistake on another customer , right in front of me.

Adriana has been the kindest person at CVS. I just started couponing and using the app and I wasn’t clear one the process. She took extra time to walk me through all the steps and corrected errors I had made. Thank you Adriana and CVS for helping me save money on my products. Love all your help!

Updated Pharmacy hours photo… the hours were reduced June 2023. The employees at this pharmacy are AMAZING. Had issues with other pharmacies being able to fill prescriptions immediately, and the pharmacist here contacted the other location, transferred our scripts and had them all filled in no time. This has happened repeatedly, and the pharmacists here save the day! Thank you to this Beltline/Coit CVS!!

Never answer the freaking phone! They never get the prescription… something wrong with their system or it’s probably old, my doctor always has to send the prescription 2 or 3 times before they get it!

Apparently you need a CVS account just to buy a soda. Employees were pushy about trying to get me to sign up, so I left. Like, dude, I'm here for a soda before work, I don't care to give out my info this early in the morning. Their company needs to lay off on pushing the cards.

Don’t try to make appointments here for COVID testing or anything else really, unfortunately I did and when I showed up for it I was told “the machine is broken”. Apparently the pharmacist tried(?) to call me but… didn’t, so it was a huge waste of time. Oh and the Walgreens across from here does the COVID tests for 1/3 the price, so keep that in mind.

Two Kodak machines available to print passport photos. The touchscreen interface is so ssslllooowww. Finally got to the section where you select the photos you want printed, but the sorting options are just bonkers. Could not find the two photos I put on the flash drive TODAY. The two most recent photos. Wanted to just organise by folder, like you would do on a PC, but no. Ten minutes sitting there, accomplishing nothing, and no one even walked by to see if I needed any assistance.

I've been on hold for over 20 minutes twice, only to be hung up on when the pharmacy answered. On my third attempt now.

The pharmacy part of this operation is terrible.I have nothing + or - to say about the retail side of this business, but the pharmacy part is just awful. They have raised ignoring people to an art form. If you want to wait 30 minutes for someone to be rude to you and completely unhelpful (in person or on the phone), you have found the right place.
