Incompetent pharmacy staff. I ask direct questions about Covid swabs and get very vague answers - I inquire in person, they do not accept walkins, I go home to enter my information in portal - come to the pharmacist with confirmation number then he begins to ask me questions that he should have access to - he could not find my appt despite confirm number the. Begins asking me if I paid and if my insurance is good - to get confirm number I have to enter all that stuff in the portal. He (the pharmacist) needs to use his resources available to him to finish my transaction. But the pharmacist is unable to troubleshoot. The place needs to ensure that the pharmacist speaks in complete sentences so I know ow what to expect as well. Please ensure you have right people and training in critical roles

A worker try to start a fight with me, some boy, Hispanic with a chili bowl haircut.. he isn’t familiar with VARO and brushed it off as a prepaid card and told this girl to come assist me because he don’t know if I can make a withdrawal but I can only load cash lol! He proceeded to argue me down when I said he don’t know what he’s talking about and I wanted to go research online what banks Varo used to do their withdrawals or what locations they used.. The same boy argue with me, telling me to have a good day, and was talking so much noise on my way out the door as I was going to check to see if I could use my debit card with Varo to make it withdrawal.. at this point, I was determined to verify that information and provide him with the fax after I researched online and it specifically stated that for Varo card holders we can use and withdraw money at the CVS. Any CVS location at the ATM. That’s information that the employee should automatically know not telling me I can’t make a withdrawal so Varo provide that ATM for their customers which I showed the boy that we don’t get charged a fee and if you look at the receipt on the ATM is specifically says Varo bank matching my Varo card so I don’t understand why this man had to talk to me like I know nothing when all he had to do was say he didn’t know, instead of demeaning me because I wanted to know the facts ., so as a CVS worker, I believe they should know that there will be people that come into this location to reload money with Varo, and all they simply have to do is say the Varo ATM is over there. that ATM says Varo on it (receipts) for Varo customers where we do not get charged like I don’t understand why the workers don’t know that they don’t have to demand anyone and say oh you got a prepaid card no it’s not a prepaid card. It’s an actual bank and it states that on the receipt ‘.. I wish I could take a picture of of this receipt from the ATM so that you could see it says Varo and no other bank so I don’t understand this is simple common sense but I guess that’s why CVS employees some of these people because they don’t have it. The worker was rude and he didn’t even care to learn or understand that I am a Varo cardholder he directed me to the ATM which neither one of us knew it was a Varo atm until I walked outside to the car to pull up that information lol for slow people I won’t get charged at that ATM but others who don’t have Varo will and the receipt will say VARO bank after it prints it up !! THIS ATM BELONGS TO VARO BANK FOR THE SLOW WORKERS TREATING THE VARO CUSTOMERS LIKE WE SHOULD FIGURE IT OUT AND THEY COULD CARE LESS !! Watch those cameras to see how he kept trying to provoke something in an aggressive manner !! He has no customer service skilled what so ever and he didn’t know how to talk or have the brain to understand what is being articulated without running off to further insult me to another worker because they both lack knowledge.. oh yeah let’s not forget how the kid wanted to fight lol Yelling over and over to “KEEP THAT SAME ENERGY!! Keep that same energy “ atp who’s gonna argue with the chaotic kids I just told the manager … just look at your cameras .. but he stayed neutral lol and smh.. I posted a picture of an atm reciot so u can see this cvs is a VARO ATM LOCATION... THEY ARE SPECIAL PEOPLE IN THERE LOL ?

Customer service great. I ask if OK use The bathroom? in the bathroom was disgusting. pee everywhere and poop everywhere. Trash can overflowing.The store very nice and neatly.

I had to worst experience ever at this location today. I called to get a prescription filled and was told there was no refill for that medication but, once I showed paperwork regarding prof of the prescription refill now they magically see the refill in the system. I was told it would be ready in an hour. That was a lie, I waited an extremely long time. Only to get my medication and my medication count was off missing 2 pills. An this has happened more than twice.. We talked for some time trying to get the situation resolved no luck. They were extremely rude and incompetent. They are not to be trusted.. I am in the process of getting my prescriptions transferred I am done with CVS. If you care about quality and good coustmer service and your medication being accurate please don't consider this location they dont have integrity..

I don’t know who hires these kids or who trains them but the kid that was at the register today Sunday, October 8, 2023 at 6:52 PM refused to sell me two bags of chips that were two for seven dollars because they would not come up when he scanned them. How is that the customers fault?I walked out without making a purchase because he couldn’t find it in his computer system and instead of asking for assistance just kept saying they don’t come up when scanned. I blatantly reply “so I can’t purchase the chips?” And kid just replied back and says “they won’t scan”. So what is protocol for when that happens? Just refuse to make a sell? Just terrible.

Needed emergency medicine for my child and they posted a crudely written sign saying they would be closed from 2am-3am. I thought it was supposed to be 24 hours?
