I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this CVS location. My prescription was sent here over 8 hours ago, and when I arrived, I was told it’s on hold because there’s only one person working in the pharmacy. For a location handling essential medications, this is unacceptable. Proper staffing should be a priority to ensure customers can receive their medications on time—especially those who can’t afford to miss a single dose. Offering a small discount doesn’t address the underlying issue of inadequate service. I hope CVS takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to better serve its customers.

The best managers are Pete and Lucy!! They are so kind and patient with you, they never complain about their job and are always with great spirits at work. They may be super busy doing something at their store but they would stop and go help you with no hesitation! They are both absolutely amazing!

I will never shop at this store again. I don't like being questioned or followed through a store like a theif. If I want help I'll ask for it. I'm a 40+ year old woman, I find excessive following offensive. I know when I'm being profiled. Also, everything in this store is locked up, who wants the inconvenience of waiting on a clerk. Next time I'll go to Walgreens. 🖕🏼. Edit: I read previous reviews, seems this store has a tendency to profile & harass it's customer's.

Anytime I go to CVS or Walgreens, I like to look at all the makeup, toiletries, pharmacy products, everything.Having your loss prevention team follow me around down every aisle, standing two feet from me everywhere I went, is excessive and rude. I spent $40 on contact solution and ibuprofen, what I came in for, and left. I didn't do anything suspicious, I was just shopping. So I am not sure what warranted this behavior from your staff.

the manager was very helpful especially late at night when it gets a little spooky outside, he came out when i was leaving to make sure it was safe out, very helpful!

One thing I cant stand is when u have a pocket FULL of money to spend, then the people that work at cvs follow and then have the audacity to ask what I'm looking for! Not in a helpful way. But in a 'think ur stealing kind of way'. And i do not appreciate it AT ALL. ITS DISRESPECTFUL. I DONT CARE WHAT KIND OF NEIGHBORHOOD UR IN. CUSTOMERS DESERVE RESPECT AND REMEMBER, WHO WORKS WHERE??? You work at CVS! I AM SELF EMPLOYED WITH MY OWN BUSINESS.YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER AND START TREATING PEOPLE "PAYING CUSTOMERS" WITH RESPECT. YALL ARE NOT ABOVE THE NEXT PERSON.Do not give this company your business. They have no respect or care about its customers. It's SICKENING!

This is such a great CVS! Joe always goes out of his way to be so helpful, sooo accomodating, so expert. He has helped me over and over again, making sure I truly found what I needed. Exceptional customer service. Thanks CVS, thanks Joe!!!!!! Give Joe a raise. He's sooo worth it.

I see why CVS is closing so many stores the workers are so incompetent. You order something for same day pick up, receive a email that it’s ready and get there it’s not ready now the machine is not working. Has they done it 9 hours ago when they said it was ready they wouldn’t be rushing to try and fix the machine. Left without my order, they won’t get a dime from me anymore.
