Horrible customer service by I believe the manager. She was wearing regular clothes and everyone else had the CVS uniform.

Tried to get my COVID and Flu vaccines a few weeks back and the pharmacist refused to after I explained I get queasy around needles. I simply gave her a fair warning about how anxious I get. She wanted to give me one vaccine and not the other (? how does that make sense) So I told her no thanks because I wanted them together and left. Turns out she had already run my insurance for both, and I wasn't able to rebook until it fell off (up to two weeks). This information I only found out because I contacted Customer Care when I wasn't able to rebook the vaccines at another location. Horrible experience that day and she's been rude to me before. Making a conscious effort moving forward to fill prescriptions through any other location.I did end up getting vaxxed for both COVID and Flu at the CVS on Davis. Was in and out within ten minutes, sweet guy did it for me and totally understood I was nervous! If you haven't gotten them yet, stay away from the Sylvan location!

Angela, thank for acknowledging me as soon as I walked in. This is not my usual CVS to shop. But I stopped in on my way home and an AWESOME employee said “Welcome to CVS “. I hardly get that from my other places that I shop.WAY TO GO ANGELA!!! Keep up the great work/ customer service!!! ???

Came here and spent money and needed to use the restroom. The lady working looked me up and down then says it’s closed and not working. Stop lying!! Then where do you go? Do spend money in a place that even let you use their restroom.

I so glad we have a CVS, close to my house,, I started going there to buy my medicine, and when I go,in the lady's are very nice and very helpful, and what I like about it is less price.the prices are just right for me,

Pharmacy is unprofessional, slow and lacks empathy as it relates to dealing with their customers.The pharmacy manager called to explain why his team did nothing wrong instead calling to ask what happened or what the problem at hand was…truly incompetent staff members at this location.

Went in to buy something, while there I had to use the rr and the cashier said I had to wait until she helped every customer in line, there was about 7 ppl in line. I got in line when it was my turn she went to unlock the door. She wasn't very nice.

Devynn or Devon (white person) with lavender hair in the pharmacy was rude as heck. So was the short Mexican female in the front unpacking boxes. I was picking up an Uber order and my interactions with both of these employees was negative. I would not shop here, personally.
