terrible service in the drive thru line to pick up prescriptions. my doctor accidentally sent my prescription to a different location and then resent it to this location. when i went to pick it up a girl told me that i had to contact the CVS on noel rd and tell them to cancel it. of course you can never get in touch with any cvs because of their automated machine so i had to drive all the way up the toll to the noel location to pick up my meds bc they wouldn’t call the other cvs for me to cancel it. i’ve never seen such unprofessionalism in my life especially in health care! i’m in pain driving to fifty million locations just to get my prescription. i will never use CVS pharmacy ever again, let alone this location!

I ordered a vinyl banner online; I went to pick it up and salesclerk could not find my order. After searching and looking I noticed my print-order was laying on top of a trash can folded and bent up. The salesclerk called for the store manager (Jim). He walked up and grab the banner and explain to her that the holes had to be put in all four corners. I explain to him that I received the email that my order was ready for pickup. Jim was rude and very unprofessional; I notice when attempting to straighten out the print there were 2, I asked why two prints were there because I only order 1 Jim stated, "great that was just a waste of paper" There was no need for the sarcasm tone. I asked how long is going to take because I was under the impression of when I received the email, my order was ready. Jim was not but rude and unprofessional. I asked what can be done for the for the inconvenience, Jim asked me what I want him to do. I explain he was the manager just put himself in my shoes as the consumer. Jim the manager says I will not argue with you. I explain I not being argumental I will just call home office and exercise my complaint. Jim rudely stated you could call them now if I wanted too and his name was JIM and make mattes worst as he finished my ordered he laid it on the dirty the floor as if the store does not have a workspace to complete order. Jim lacks the professionalism and customer courtesy to run a store. The treatment I received was very disrespectful and classless to this store that is in a somewhat of a prestige neighborhood. He told the salesclerk to write down the number, I asked if she could write his name down also, he took the paper from her and stated he can write his own name he didn't need her to do it. After calling the home office number, I was giving the impression of a third party that handles customer complaint and may be the reason for his actions because Jim knows nothing is going to happen to him or this is how he treats people that does not necessarily looks like him.

Yea I don't know what's wrong with the pharmacy associate named Taylor she was extremely rude today all I wanted was my insulin and she made it difficult.

The pharmacy is regularly so incompetent that they will order a medication for you that requires syringes and then either not have them in stock or have the ones in stock and force you to go to another CVS where you drug addict before they’ll give you the syringes.
It is not hard to know if the medication requires syringes you order the syringes with the medication so the patient can have both at the same time in one pick up. Only utter confidence would give a patient a medication they can’t use.

Poor customer service at the pharmacy and the pharmacist yelling at you while you are sick is not what I would expect from a professional. Transferred to a different provider.

My husband came into this CVS today and was stereo typed by a cashier. He was picking up a pharmacy order for his business when a cashier walked up to him and said “get out!!” As he was shocked and asked why the manager who afterwards said he was new here ran up in his face aggressively and said “because she said so” my husband was confused and asked what is going on. Only afterwards did the manager ask the cashier what happened. The cashier said she made a mistake she thought he was a young kid. Even though he has a gray beard and gray hair. They apologized but just the lack of professionalism and customer service was disgusting. We will be filling a complaint on this site with the corporate office. Please avoid this CVS as there is a chance you could be stereotyped as will and could possibly end bad

Like so many other places after the pandemic it depends on who you get when you go. Some of the staff here are clearly DHes and others are not qualified to clean toilets, but most are friendly and want to help. Your mileage may vary.The location is convenient. It's better than the Walgreen's across the street. Most of the time the bums that sleep against the wall of the building stay outside.Avoid the drive up window lines and try to visit outside of peak hours because the pharmacy gets very busy. Always check your Rx and refills before you leave. Some staff here cannot count or see colors, so your cholesterol meds might be gummy vitamins.

I have been coming to this location for years.. and this review is a long time coming.. everytime I walk in I’m greeted with big smiles.. they all know me and know that I’m coming to buy my weekly candy stash.. even though I am a regular customer there isn’t anything that will not do to help me … I ALWAYS walk out happy and with an extra pep in my step. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and CVS you are very lucky to have these members on your team!! Kudos to Arlina, Alex, Jay, Sharese, Stephanie and everyone who works at this location. Thank you for always helping me..

Called to see if they had an item and right away hazel the girl I was dealing with said they did not have that item. She did not even check and lied on the phone saying somebody called earlier asking for the same thing. I went up to the store anyway to check for myself and there were 6 of the items I was asking for. The people that work there are LAZY and there is no customer service what so ever. Hazel tried to cover lie by saying she looked in the wrong area of the store when she did not even check she was so surprised when she saw I had the item in my hand. It’s a shame that a business has LAZY people that are just there to collect a paycheck and not actually work.
