I Just walked in to see If I could get a prescription filled. The young woke pharmacist must be judgemental. She sent me to another pharmacy several miles away because she has no Idea what real customer service is. I came back to this review and edited it to 5 stars, because of the customer service I received from Tigist. Thank you cvs for employing people like her.

Miniaturized store, with miniaturized products, miniaturized staff and a miniaturized self-checkout. I had some bulky items I wanted to avoid trying to use self-checkout for, but the employee at the register wouldn't help me. So I was forced to try to self-check and of course I couldn't fit what I had in the bagging area. So on the floor it went. Nowhere else to put it. Of course if you remove anything from the bagging area without checking out, it interrupts your ringing of items until a store employee comes to "assist". Had to do this at least 3 times. Now I have an even more frustrated employee standing behind me, not offering assistance and certainly not giving it unless he absolutely has to. Awful experience. Do not plan to be back.

100% felt that my presence and needing assistance was an interruption to the running of the store. Shock - I needed to buy something locked in a cupboard.Depressing example of a CVS store, that more often has delightful team members. Avoid, there will be another one a few blocks away that likely won’t treat you like a “mug punter”. One for the Phone Shop fans.

Pharmacy would not open on time ever. The manager is always clueless on when the pharmacy would open.These employees have zero professionalism and ability to manage the location.

This CVS is pretty clean and that staff is helpful. When I went there to pick up my medication, the pharmacist actually took his time to give me more information about my medication and I really appreciated that as I’ve never experienced at any other pharmacy.
