Shelby From the pharmacy was very rude, she kept saying she couldn’t hear me and I needed to speak up when she had an AirPod in both of her ears, that is very unprofessional of her to have AirPods in and have to as me to speak up. This is not the first time I had a bad interaction with her. Her attitude and the way she spoke was very unprofessional

Store closes before closing time. I was in need of some pain medicine for my youngest child and was planning on a in and out trip in the store. Store closes at 11pm and at 1054..they said they were already closed. So prior to 1054...they already had their doors locked. Manager refused to talk to me.

The service is terrible, whether you speak English or Spanish. My advice: if you don't like your job, leave room for someone who does. The service, both in front of the store and in the pharmacy, is the worst.

Jessica was not helpful at all. My Rx was not in stock. She said she could not transfer to another pharmacy. I would have to contact another pharmacy to have it transferred. UMMMM how am i supposed to know which pharmacy has my Rx in stock?? I literally hate this location they never help resolve any issues.

I work for CVS and to watch security follow myself and another African American customer was disheartening. I know that's not what CVS represents and I hope the store manager Adriana works on that. I will be escalating this.

Chidi the pharmacist is very rude, and very inaccurate. She made a grave error and refused to correct it, until I called the cvs customer service complaint line, and my doctor. She was forced to correct it, but still was very crass. She definitely should not be in the medical field at all. The lines are recorded and she said I said something I DID NOT SAY. I actually defended the pharmacy, thinking it was my doctor's error, in the end it was her error like my doctor of 5 years stated.. she was very rude and very unprofessional. Do not take abuse from this lady, report her and any of place of medicine... who aren't doing their jobs and being rude placing blame on the patient. She stated my medication wasn't a narcotic and it most definitely is a schedule 3 narc, which she gave me a refill on... when clearly it was to be a script for the full month, and not broke into 2 parts and half doses. It was very uplifting that my doctor and my insurance took my side in correcting this pharmacist mistake and rude behavior. I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years.. I will be using Walgreens from tomorrow and beyond. Thank you cvs customer care for taking my report and handling this issue on the same day.

There is a Hispanic employee who is racist against anyone who isn’t Hispanic or lighter! She told a security guard to put me out the store after I had a hand full of items headed towards the counter. I had been in the store for 20 minutes. She did this to me a year or so ago and when questioned about the reason she starts talking loudly and getting lippy and tells me she doesn’t have to tell me anything! I spend thousands at this store though I don’t live in area I frequent the store weekly. I’m sure CVS store wouldn’t condone the type of behavior this employee exhibits! Wrote cooperate with the quickness! I believe Adriana is the rude person everyone is talking about. Heavy Hispanic girl, but be sure not to mistake her for Mexican she gets offended like it’s degrading to her.
