CVS IS AMERICA'S WORST PHARMACY!!
I feel bad leaving this review because the people in the pharmacy are very nice & helpful. They don't mean for CVS to become the very worst pharmacy option there is.
But the new app DOESN'T WORK at all. It won't process orders, so it's useless.
But much worse, they've made their phone system just an automated answering service. It takes voicemail. That's it. You can't call and speak to a pharmacist at all now. No longer possible. This is shameful and unacceptable to make it so the only way to speak to a pharmacist is to drive up there and wait in line or to leave a voice mail and wait hours until they have time to call you back, which they don't have time for because the company employs so few pharmacy staff to maximize profits. I am leaving CVS again due to how poorly you treat both your customers and your employees.
For allowing no way to reach my pharmacy while having an issue with a prescription, CVS IS OFFICIALLY THE VERY WORST PHARMACY

Yes some times they can take a while but please realize you are not the only ones that are sick. They always have what I need and when I had my surgery a few years ago they were only ones that were able to fill my pain meds within a reasonable time.

I have currently been on hold with the pharmacy for 1.5 hours. I even called the front and they went back to tell pharmacy I was waiting on hold, but nothing happened.

Everything went well. The staff was helpful when I couldn't get thecoupon machine to work. She showed me how to operate it.

A 2-hour turn around for all Rxs, even pre-packaged creams? You aren’t as interested in helping this community as you are at maintaining this rule. Other locations say you have a reputation for not being able to triage orders very well. Please do better.

worst cvs location ever the pharmacy worker is so rude, disrespectful and doesn’t do a good job. They’re always messing up my prescription sending it back to the doctors office and just doing an utterly horrible job. Waited 30 minutes in line just for the rude lady to tell me now my insurance is rejecting the medicine that I had already been getting for months refilled sent to that location. Lies. Horrible employee horrible location.

Not at all surprised at the low reviews. They NEVER have your prescriptions ready when they say they will. Even if you call the day of to double check. They still can't get it right. Not only frustrating but DANGEROUS for those of us who are chronically ill.

I spent over 1 hour standing in line to pick up 2 prescriptions. I was charged $52 for a medication I have taken for years and is 100% covered by insurance. I had to call my insurance who told me it was still 100% covered. I had to stand in line again to get a refund. I was treated rudely. No one apologized for the over an hour I spent in the store. While I was there a woman in her 80s shuffled up with her walker asking for a COVID vaccine. They shooed her away and told her that she had to make an appointment online (which it appeared she could not do). No compassion. No apology for my wait. Unprofessional chitchat among employees. This is the last straw for me at this place. Also, I never received a refund of the $52 I was overcharged. The pharmacist Kenya refused to give me back my original receipt. I was told my credit card charge was refunded. It has been very hard to dispute this with my credit card company. This is fraud.

Absolutely tired of having to stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes every 10 days to but allergy medication. It's bad enough that in order to get allergy meds with decongestants, I have to go to the pharmacy. It makes it even worse when the pharmacy is chronically understaffed, leading to unreasonable wait times. CVS has no interest in providing care. Their only interest is to make money.
