Great customer service and nice clean store

Today I visited the pharmacy for a medicine refill only to have a pharmacy filled with staff working diligently on the computers and filling scripts however I remained at the “Pick Up” window without for almost 20 minutes without anyone as much as saying “I’ll be right with you”. I did receive however experience at least four of the technicians look me right in the face and put turn their heads back to whatever they were doing. I had to say “excuse me, I know you all are busy but is anyone working the pick up register? I’ve been standing here for over 15 minutes.” (After 20 mins) before someone even verbally acknowledged me. Customer service is horrible! Then the technician that finally came to the register , I witnessed sneezing on both her sweater and inside her hand, return to type on her computer then come to the register to help customers without a drop of sanitizer or washing her hands.How have we gone through an entire pandemic and she learned nothing? Before she handed me my bag I pulled out my sanitizer and wiped the bag down in her face and I’m sure she still didn’t sanitize her hands before moving to the next customer. I will be moving my prescription from this location. You all need to do better.

An older black woman there has always been nice and welcoming. I run a few errands here frequently on my break since it is fairly close to my job, but today is the last time I come here. A young Hispanic girl with horrible box dye hair, didn't catch her name has the WORST attitude in customer service I have ever seen. I was in line to check out two items, and I wanted to check out with a cashier because my phone number is a hit and miss if it'll work on the self check-out, I made a new account, plus I had a coupon I wanted to use. I apologized and said I didn't like to use the machines, so she said "Well i'll do it for you!" rudely came around and scanned them. Ma'am I DID NOT WANT TO USE THE MACHINES. I made this pretty clear and she proceeded to check me out at the machine. For a second I was in awe that she had the audacity to do this. I really hope someone in management see's this and looks at camera footage if any on12/07/2023 at 12:30pm - 1:00pm. I asked the cashier what the problem was with me waiting and she apologized for her co-workers behavior but also was speechless. As someone who works in HR and parallel to customer service, she'd be fired by EOB. Looking at other reviews, other customers feel the same about the same employee (I assume). Customer's aren't always ideal, granted- but there is no excuse for that kind of rudeness, audacity, and behavior.

Outside from Mrs. Kim, the staff, specifically, Stephanie is horrible. Her attitude is HORRIBLE. No customer service skills at all. ReNee, the store manager, co signs, Stephanie's foolishness. Stephanie had the audacity to tell me that, "I could find another CVS" when I complained about her rude and unprofessional attitude. Today, she decided to refuse me service, again, when I went in to ask for cashback. They have the customers so trained to go to the self-check out; depending on what you're doing, they may or may not even acknowledge the customer's presence in the store. Moe, the district manager, has been very receptive. However, I can't believe that Stephanie is still allowed to work with customers with an attitude such as hers.

Ms. Blanca is simply AMAZING! on 5/10/23, I waited in line to be helped though the Drive Thru window. The wait time reasonable. But, what I was really Super Impressed with was how Ms. Blanca showed her level of care! She was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I got the lowest price for my prescriptions. It's very heartwarming to experience another person being concerned about your situation. ✨Thank you Blanca for caring about your customers!✨Hugs✨

Closes pharmacy at lunch hour- instead of staggering lunch times. We heard many voices behind the screen and we could not get our meds-told they reopen at 2pm-so inconvenient.

Called about my deposable camera the 1st rep said it’s still here no cameras have been picked up all week. When I explained I would be coming to pick it up he hung up the phone. The 2nd rep when I called back said she will check in it but she didn’t take my name. So I called again the “manager” Mary stated that they were already sent out . I told her about my previous conversations and she stated again they were gone. I asked to speaker with another manager. She then replies oh she is clocking out for the day. But I could call back Monday and talk to her but won’t give me her name. The level of customer service is AWFUL AT THIS LOCATION. So I called corporates 800 # and the call was disconnected. Surprisingly……

Horrible… pharmacy is never open. Such an inconvenience when they fill your medication and then close the pharmacy so you’re stuck w/o your meds & can’t go anywhere else to get it filled because they would need to reverse the claim from their end.. I’m starting to see this is a pattern with cvs and they do not care about their customers health at all..

I don't know what this pharmacy has going on. My Dr sent a prescription for PRENATAL VITAMINS on 08/29. The pharmacy tells me it's been picked up. I never picked it up. I tell them this. They say well the system says it was okay.... Well your system is wrong I never got my vitamins. Something in your system is wrong. I've been going back and forth for days now trying to just get some dang vitamins. Now they say they need an insurance override because of misinformation in THEIR system something that they did wrong. It would be one thing if it was a barbiturate or something I'd understand but it's literally vitamins why would I lie about picking those up? Stillnwaiting

WARNING DO NOT DROP OFF UPS PACKAGE BECAUSE THEY WILL GET LOST THE STORE MANAGERS AND REGIONAL MANAGER WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT THEY'LL JUST PASS YOU OFF TO THE NEXT PERSON. I TOOK A PACKAGE HERE ON JULY 11 BETWEEN 2 AND 4PM LANIA SCANNED MY PACKAGE AND TOLD ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL BUT I NEVER DID. I S/W THE MANAGER ASK THEM TO PULL THE FOOTAGE TO TRY AND FOUND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PACKAGE ...'ZERO HELP" YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
