Never in my life have I ever been kicked out of nobody store before . This man literally told me to leave his store just because I asked him why is he stereotyping against me and I felt lika I was being stereotype against because him and this other guy that works there just walked on me for no reason and asked me what’s going on and I like what you mean what’s goiing on and that ya’ll don’t have to walk on me like I am trying to steal out ya’ll store and next thing I know this man telling me to get out his store and calling the police on me for no reason and telling them I am refused to leave his store.

Very rude. I left a vm about a prescription they called me back. When I couldn’t hear them they hung up and didn’t bother to call me back. When I was finally able to get the pharmacist on the phone he was short with me and condescending and even seemingly mocked me that I couldn’t pronounce the name of the medication correctly. He told me they couldn’t get my prescription bc there was a block and I asked how could there possibly be a block when they have my prescription just in the incorrect dosage. I don’t like this CVS. I don’t like the company they use to manufacture medications and I don’t like the pharmacy and its employees.

I ordered 10 4x6 photos a week ago. Despite me never receiving a notification that they were ready- I attempted to call and no answer. I went up there and the employee proceeded to tell me that the printer is down while another customer was actively printing her order. It’s one thing to be lazy and not print the photos but to lie to my face is a problem

Ms. Tina was an absolute wonder help with everything we needed. She’s a wonderful human and so very helpful and goes above & beyond for her customers. In my opinion she does a pay raise with how hard she works and how much she does for her customers! God bless Mr. Tina.

Had a prescription that wasn't covered by insurance. They said it was $350, and I said that's fine, can I get it filled. Then they said well actually, it's on backorder. I asked if they could check with other cvs, they said they were all on backorder within seconds. Obviously didn't check. Asked if there was a comparable medicine that they did have in stock so I could call my doctor and I was told they can't give out that information. The doctor would just have to submit something else. Not helpful, no compassion, just wanted to get me off the phone. Horrible customer service!

I come here often and The Hampton-Wheatland Store is Always Clean & Neat. A Store Associate Greeted me when I walked in & asked if I Needed help finding anything. She ALSO ended up being the Store Associate who came quickly once I rang the Pain Medicine Button. And she was ALSO The same Beautiful Young Woman who was the Cashier who was helping ring up Customers who needed Her Assistance. I was in a rush, and wish I'd gotten her Name for this survey. But she was The New African-Caribbean Lady. She was ON...IT!!! She was working that Store & She did it with such Style & Grace. ESPECIALLY For a Saturday Night.

Turn off the stupid voicemail feature for the pharmacy! If I’m calling, it’s because I need to speak to somebody! They rarely call back and the people in the front of the store refuse to transfer you.
