The current pharmacist is rude and condescending. Poor example of Customer service. Maria was excellent and a 10 on a scale of 1-10. This current pharmacy manager is a 0 on a scale of 1-10.

Average CVS, not much else to say.This is a small store with unusual feel to it. It's in a good location and lots of parking. Be aware of your surroundings as there is a slight chance encounter with a homeless or mentally challenged individual.

Hey, it be cool if you were actually open 24 hours instead of closing the store by midnight for no particular reason.Change the hours if you want by all means but screw you CVS for wasting people's time with that ish.So annoying

I've got the app. Never told it to automatically renew prescriptions. They do it anyway. The last time the did it, they claimed that I picked the prescription up and billed my insurance. So now I have to do without a drug that I need for a while. I was over 1,000 miles away that day.

Don't know what all the reviews are talking about, I went in here at 2 AM and the staff was readily available and helped me faster than I've ever been helped at any other store. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Maria in the pharmacy was so unprofessional and uncaring towards my father who was in desperate need of heart medication. Another technician had assured us we would get a 3 day emergency refill until his prescription could be approved but Maria said that wasn’t the case. It was obviously a misunderstanding but when I followed up she was so condescending and rude, snarky in her responses. She should not be working in customer facing roles. I honestly think she could have provoked my father into having a heart attack if I hadn’t taken over the situation. When my sister called to ask for her supervisors information she said she OWNED THE CVS!?! That she had no supervisor and wouldn’t provide her last name to further escalate the issue with corporate. Such an awful person and I feel bad for her staff and anyone who is a customer there.

This review is based solely on the poor training in Customer Service by the “pharmacist” Marie. My suggestion would be to have her playback the recorded calls as she is incredibly condescending and and patronizing and doesn’t even realize it. Lack of customer service aside, when she answered my call she immediately violated HIPAA without even confirming my information for security purposes and she quickly interjected my fathers medical information. That’s against the law, anyone on the street would know that let alone a “pharmacist”. I will be submitting a formal complaint. Incredibly unprofessional overall.

I absolutely love this location and the pharmacy is absolutely fantastic. They are always incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend this location over other nearby CVS’s.

Worst experience I have ever had when I needed CVS for my medicine for covid after visiting their virtual Doctors yes 2 different and paid for both. The pharmacy let me know my meds were ready . I had to drive there sick as a dog only to be told only 2 meds were ready. Not the the medicine for the covid itself, but for cough. So I paid forc2 visits and cough medication. This is absolutely incompetent at any level. The kicker is I have no contact for the prescriber which is on CVS group. . Walgreens will have my business from this point forwardJanuary 2nd 2023 at 530 pm 108 W Davis, Dallas.

Terrible CVS that has one sign warning about towing cars. Sign is non reflective and they do this constantly to other cars despite the sign never being clear. Be careful parking here. They might tow your car if you’re taking too long in the pharmacy.

After repeating negative experiences at a nearby store, this location was a breath of fresh air.A sister store was out of an antibiotic my son needed. That store didn’t bother to tell us where we could go- I had to call, wait, ask for the transfer. Sister store claimed they were going to transfer the script. As I would find out later, they failed to do so. I showed up to the drive thru at this amazing store and they finally found the script that had not been transferred. The pharmacy tech jumped into action and worked with the team to have it ready in 10 minutes. I even got a call from the pharmacist to verify we understood the medication administration and storage instructions. The experience was a breath of fresh air. It feel like the small town community pharmacy I grew up with, and for that, I was grateful.

I have nothing but great things to say about this pharmacy. Service was prompt and amazing. I even had an issue with one of my prescriptions but the pharmacist Dr. Hunera was able to correct it in less than 24 hours. Even though they seem short staffed, she made the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions! Thanks for ensuring your patients safety always! I have never had such a great experience from any pharmacy to this date! Everyone was so nice!

Watched the night short Caucasian manager ask a black woman to shop with her backpack behind the cash register and let me(white woman) walk in with my backpack without disruption. DISGUSTING!She had to shop around with her laptop, credit and phone in her hands.

I didn’t know the bathrooms were not public but the old Caucasian man was rude. I told him it’s ok you can aman him first Ima just used the restroom real quick. He then aggressively shouted that I wasn’t. Infront of everyone. I was Embarrassed and put on the spot. He could of just told me nicely that the restrooms weren’t public. I’m never going there again.
