I visited this CVS looking for a shea butter product I’d seen listed on Uber Eats. After checking the aisles myself and not finding it, I approached an employee who was stocking shelves to ask for help.
From the moment I walked up, it was obvious he didn’t want to engage—he avoided eye contact, looked annoyed, and kept a frown on his face as if I was inconveniencing him. Even while I showed him the product photo on my phone, he refused to look at it, simply saying, “I’ve never seen that here before.”
He then asked if I worked for Uber Eats and what I planned to use the product for, which felt intrusive and irrelevant. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional; at no point did he look at me or make an effort to assist.
I ended up walking away to find the item on my own. This is not the level of customer service one expects at CVS, especially from someone who appears to be in a supervisory role. Experiences like this discourage customers from shopping in-store.
I hope management addresses this behavior so that future customers are treated with courtesy and respect.

Store is small, 24hr cvs but the shelves weren't fully stocked, I shopped around midnight for a product that I needed that late night. Went to this location after searching online and mobile app due to product availability, leaving disappointed and dissatisfied of poor customer service and product availability. When I asked why of the product availability discrepancy employee stated due to theft of product.

Called pharmacy today Kayla was so sweet her customer service was amazing I wish every pharmacy technician was like her she went out of her way to help me with my prescription questions I highly recommend this pharmacy Thank you again for helping me

Zero communication from the pharmacy, it seems its a chore for them to speak with you, and that's after you go through several loops thru the phone system.

I left two stars instead of 1 because of the pharmacy tech being slightly helpful. The pharmacist on duty at 11am on 2/11/25 was extremely rude and condescending to not only me, but to her pharmacy tech. I asked about a comparable anti-inflammatory to the one I had that was less harsh. She interjected before the tech even got two words out letting me know they couldn’t help me with that and there isn’t an OTC that will help. I let her know I didn’t need an OTC option, I just needed some comparable options to have in mind when I called my doctor. She sarcastically laughed. Her exact words following were “I’m the pharmacist and she isn’t, so she can’t answer that, I can.” I said okay well what are some anti-inflammatory options that are less harsh?” She said “I can’t suggest anything either without knowing your medical history.” Isn’t a pharmacist supposed to give you knowledge about a medication if you ask about it? I even asked about a specific med, in particular and if she knows if that’s typically more gentle on the gut. Of course I don’t expect her to tell me which one I should be prescribed, but part of her job is giving information on medication. She proceeds to name a comparable medicine and in the same breathe says “your doctor is the one you need to talk to.” It seems like she was more concerned with exerting her authority over the tech than she was with actually being helpful. Nobody should have to deal with that when they’re trying to come get medication to heal themselves.

Pharmacist has ZERO bedside manner & a very rude demeanor. Will be switching pharmacies. My first time trying to fill a prescription with new insurance & instead of being helpful she was dismissive & condescending.

The whole staff was incredibly nice and extremely helpful! I went in looking for something specific. They had an a good selection of products to choose from. I did know extremely which one I needed. I had a lot of questions and was able to find the perfect one! Thank you so much for help!
