This pharmacy got my prescriptions ready and when it was time to pay, they were willing to take my payment to pay full price but refused to accept my insurance because they didn’t have time and they were closing. They put the cardboard up over the window before we even finished checking out. I had to pay full price because my daughter can’t go another night without this medication. It doesn’t make sense to accept me as a customer and reject the insurance portion but accept the rest of my business? Just unprofessional.

How is it possible that you have two medications both refilled monthly and they are never ready at the same time even though they are picked up on the same day and on the same frequency? It is maddening to wait in that line only to find out only one is ready. Is this a periodic event? No, it is almost every month even though I talk to the tech about it every time.

This has to be the slowest CVS in the metroplex. The lines inside and out. They take forever to fill prescriptions and stuff is always out of stock

Had difficulties with pharmacy and they were terrible in resolving anything related to my situation. Awful customer service as well. Manager was rude and unhelpful along with the pharmacy staff. I will never go there again.

Usually fills my rxs within an hour. Friendly service. Even helped push my car when it wouldn't start while in the drive thru! Dead battery!

I shop at CVS all the time. I usually shop through the app for pick up. I had a gift card so I had to use it in store only. I needed to get pill pouches. This store did not carry them. Store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Dirty Store and service continues to decline. I have used this cvs for over 20 years but not coming back l have hadvmany issues the last several months. I gave the manager my feedback but she did not care.

Purchased these cookies from this location arrived home opened the box . I noticed a weird smell . I checked the date Oct. 22 they were expired . I took the cookies back to the location . The associate acted like I was the problem. Why aren’t y’all checking for expired products???
