I pass through here often and it's always the same. Very congested, people are standing in the walkway either waiting for coffee, food or just in the way. The restrooms are always lined up. Dunking donuts has to be the most unorganized business here. I would suggest you stay away from there if you are on a tight schedule. I prefer to fly through Austin if my trip allows. Good luck!

Flew out over the 4th of July weekend back home to St. Louis. We truly loved the airport. Clean, plenty of restaurants to try. Great airport. TSA was a bit rude. However, the rest of the experience was great. Also from here on out we will only ever use Southwest and this airport for future trips to Dallas. Also a clean airport!

Used to be my favorite airport. After not going there in 2 years or so I can say they've let it fall apart and have made some idiotic management decisions. Smells like "old" and mildew at the far end by the gates, do they not clean anymore?
Some idiot decided that Uber can only pick up at the far end of parking lot B. So once you step off your plane you're looking at a good mile walk. Idiots! No signage to explain any of that either.

Employee Muhammad made sure I caught my flight on time this morning and made traveling with a disability a little bit less daunting for the day. He remained kind on an unusually busy, hectic day and got me through the TSA when I only had minutes to spare.

The renovations to the terminal are impressive. Excellent wayfaring, smooth flowing lines for the most part. Love Field may not be as large as DFW, but it sure has been a friendly environment for me. Southwest Airlines calls it home.

A great place to get stuck. There is something for everyone

Bad experience. Very poor food quality, no lounges, delayed flight by 2 hours due to mistakes made by the airport and everybody had to evacuate the airport which ultimately was a false alarm. Avoid this airport at all costs

I left a review a while back of 5 stars for this airport and it's gone from 5 stars to 2 stars very quickly. I am in very good shape but today was a test of my yoga workouts for both endurance and patience. I live in the Dallas area, therefore, I do understand the Texas humidity. In stating that, I would tell anyone who is elderly or has young children NOT to fly into this airport and order a Rideshare. Unless you have a car waiting for you right outside of baggage claims, just DON'T. It will take you forever to get to your UBER. I've traveled for over 35 years and NEVER found any airport whether Domestic or International with such a horrible set up for Rideshare needs. First, this isn't how this airport used to be. It was organized and clean.(Change of management?) Now, if you want an Uber, be prepared to walk very fast to beat anyone going to Parking garage B (a very very far walk in the heat and humidity with half the escalators and moving platforms not working, and fight the crowds in 100% humidy to get to a set up of 2 very small elevators and one set of stairs.Talk about a FIRE hazard. It was packed in at the elevators to go down one level to the B garage and while in the area waiting on the slow elevators with over 20 people fresh out of a sardine can 6 hour flight, the only way out of the area, if there were a fire, was a LOCKED set of glass doors leading to the parking garage which had a sign that said the doors were broken. WOW Love field! I am so disappointed. Is this a ploy to make more money from parking fees or lose money from long time patrons switching to DFW??? Noone wants to get out of a cramped up plane, go to baggage claims then walk to another parking garage(not the nice new C garage attached to the terminal with air conditioning) and wait on an elevator that can't safely hold very many. Then go to the lower level and catch an UBER. I'm so glad my children are adults. Way too much hassle! It might be best to fly to DFW until this airport gets through the growing pains or better management fixes these issues. I looked at past reviews and even asked myself If I was exaggerating but there were others complaining about this situation 3 months ago so obviously they haven't fixed any issues even though they made a point to answer back to that person's review. No denying they aren't aware. They know how bad this is and still left it this way. Noone needs excuses.
I can't get a discount on my parking fees when I fly so why can't you guys do your part and stop treating Rideshare patrons like we don't deserve to have air conditioning, fixed platforms, safety with exists that aren't locked in confined areas and making us walk soooo dang far! Do better Love Field!
