2024 this hotel in my opinion was one of the better hotels , great customer service , good breakfast, free parking , and was central to Dallas.
2025 This hotel has gone downhill ! You have to pay close to 17 dollars just to pay for parking, and crazy thing is that they are not even liable if someone steals from parking area. Con’s ; New front desk worker wouldn’t even give me breakfast for 2 for being a diamond member until , I requested to speak with a manager .
When I’m in Dallas this is Now my last resort .
Noteworthy details: Front desk isn’t well informed about Diamond Elite, Perks.

This hotel need many improvements. The maintenance is the main thing. We moved rooms twice and the air still didn't work. Why would maintenance not be available at night with a hotel this size. But who did make our stay wonderful was the staff. Tamika, Yolanda and Officer Perez went above and beyond with customer service. Crown plaza thank your staff and get those rooms updated.

They asked to pay for parking when it was mentioned during booking free parking. No free breakfast, either. Water pressure was low for shower and sink. The only thing good was that the room looked decent, and the bed was good.

Robert at the front desk and Robert tending the bar and grill were exceptional with their customer service. They were both professional, friendly and showed great attention to detail. A job well done guys. Thanks for the jobs well done.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Kiki helped me at check in and was very welcoming and professional. Always nice to see a smiling face repeatedly as a return customer.

I highly recommend the hotel in Dallas, I have stayed there on multiple occasions. The staff provides exceptional service, creating a welcoming and familial atmosphere, and addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. Yolanda, in particular, deserves commendation for her outstanding helpfulness and kindness.
