My daughter had an appointment here today . It was our first time ever going here and the facility is very clean. What made the visit the most enjoyable was the amazing customer service you get. Everyone was friendly and we did not have to wait long. I definitely recommend anyone to please go to this facility they are excellent.

I was thoroughly impressed by all of the staff! Everyone was caring, kind, timely and efficient. Nancy, in particular, was very patient and caring throughout my visits and appreciate her greatly! I would recommend Crown Imaging to everyone!

Excellent organization. This was my first time to visit this facility and meet the staff. Courtney Rabe, office administrator, is top notch. From phone to in-person, Courtney’s genuine care for patients is out front! This entire on-site team is kind, patient, caring, and efficient. Thank you all at Crown Imaging.

Amazing!! Very fast, quick service and very friendly staff. I had an MRI on my knee and the office is clean and tidy with very relaxing music playing. Large waiting areas. TVs playing interesting things while waiting. All staff members had a smile from start (at the checkin desk) to (the nurse that called me back) finish (the amazing gentleman that performed my MRI). Literally I felt so nervous when I arrived but there was nothing to be nervous about. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Amazing service!! Definitely recommend!

First got my appointment mixed up with the date and after I've arrived 30 minutes prior,checked in 30 minutes late then I have to wait extra 1 hour later... I went to the front desk, the lady has no emotion towards situation,poor customer service and long wait time. I would not recommend it.

I received a CT scan report from Crown Imaging that recommended an MRI on an organ that I had removed eight years ago. They blamed Texas Radiology Associates, the company that they send their scans to. I contacted the owner at Crown and insisted that they provide me with an independent report from a competent radiologist. They said they would, but followed up the next week with a report explaining that I had tissue that resembled the missing organ and left the rest of the report in place.
On top of that, I paid Crown on the day of my visit and just received a separate bill from Texas Radiology Associates. Good healthcare is hard to find in the U.S., but I had a CT scan the prior month at a different facility that not only acknowledged my prior surgery but also informed me of all costs prior to my visit, so there are better options out there. We don't have to settle for Crown.

I visited Crown Imaging today and could not be happier with their service. Friendly, professional and super efficient. I was prepared for my visit to take up to 2 hours, but I was done in 35 minutes! This was my first visit to Crown, but will happily use them again as needed. Highly recommended!

I arrived on time for my appointment. After completing information and changing into gown, I waited in a chair watching the same video over and over again for 35 to 40 minutes for a scan that took 3 minutes. If I hadn't flagged someone down, I think they would have closed with me still waiting in that chair. I asked two attendants why I had to wait so long. They gave me no answer, no apology. I will never go there again. I think they simply forgot about me. Horrible custoner service.

They don't honor appointment times apparently as mine was 45 min ago. It seems like the walk ins have priority. I've seen people come after me and already have gone back. Do not come here for a quick visit. Either come on your off day or possibly at the end of the day.
Updating to a 3 start because the lady at the front desk helped me down the steps. So thankful for her.
