I went to eat near the store and decided to go in. I ended up getting 3 items. I have trouble finding jeans that fit my leg length but I was able to find 2 in my size. I don’t even have to hem the length. They were a little more expensive than traditional thrift stores but the brands and the quality were both really good. Overall, the place is really great to check out if you want a smaller selection but better curated thrifted clothes.

So the place has SOME good inventory and you can find some good finds mixed in with the absolutely worn and tattered pieces they buy. And I’m starting to think that’s the “grunge” look they are going for/buying. Basically they will buy anything homeless- looking at this point. I brought in a bin of clothes and a bin of shoes. Out of probably 100 pieces I was told that they couldn’t find ANYTHING to buy. That’s kind of ridiculous. Went to Plato’s a few days prior and they managed to find 18 pieces out of my bins and offered me $88. Being able to find NOTHING, is a little ridiculous and this is NOT the first time. Back in the summer I cleaned out my closet and brought it to them…they bought ONE piece. And it’s always the same girl that does the buys and just happens to find “nothing.”

I brought in a handful of clothes and 2 pair of retro jordan 7s both of which I purchased from Finish Line.. the lady who helped me was extremely nice but lacked knowledge about the shoes.. she told me she was having a hard time getting the barcode to scan(which I didn’t really understand) but also mentioned that the stitching on one of the shoes was “off” I didn’t argue or question it because I knew that wasn’t true lol.. I would of preferred her to say we have a hard time selling shoes rather than insinuating my shoes were fake, that was very insulting

Genuinely enjoyed coming here! The selection for men and women clothing was great, my fiancé and I found some nice finds! I found a Zara dress for half off and he found brand name pants (Bonobos, Levi's) for a great price! The staff working were super helpful and excellent!

Some trendy items. Parking is terrible. Prices are a bit higher than some of the other consignment stores nearby. The selection is a bit limited.

This is by far one of my most favorite stores in Dallas. There is no reason you can't find something one of a kind unique and very fashionable. The staff is so friendly and the store is very organized. Buffalo exchange has some big shoes to fill.

I do not recommend shopping here or selling your clothes, purses, shoes, or accessories here. They will not buy anything from you no matter the brand or style, they will find a reason not to buy it. I tried several days in a row and regretted it, the effort was a waste of time and a complete disappointment. I came here 3 days in a row with a wide variety of clothes, shoes, handbags, an authentic Louis Vuitton Wallet and a cover for a bathing suit sandals ( both flat and wedge) and they didn't buy one thing from me, what made things worse is weI noticed that they bought from other sellers merchandise and it was similar to what I brought in, we could see around us how they treated other sellers. The wallet was unused, brand new and designer and authentic and also In an original packaging, they didn't even acknowledge this or explain why they didn't want it. It is something the store could make money on and I would have accepted a fair low offer for it and for everything. They didn't even offer a dollar for one item. One day a lady had ten items and made $175. Today a lady had a couple of items and some shoes and they bought them for $66 cash or $107 store credit stating I wish I could offer more but the shoes were a little scuffed up. My sandals were new and not scuffed up at all. . . but the reason I was given was they had a small wedge. I'm not sure why they didn't buy from me. I've sold here before but it was a year ago. The merchandise I took in was folded neatly and clean. ...but whenever I got it back it was not folded or placed in the bags properly, that was something they should have paid attention to (at least return it close to how it came in to avoid making bad news worse). The store also has the worst parking ever.

The store is extremely tiny and tight. There are racks of clothes everywhere, both outside, and inside. It was difficult to shop because you were either bumping into objects or people. I tripped over a footstool while leaving the fitting room because it was not much walkway space, which was very uncomfortable. Also, there are not many curvy/plus-size options. I had high expectations and was bummed that I left without anything. However, the DJ was phenomenal!

As someone who’s worked retail for over 10 years, there’s a way to act and not to customers.Following a customer around the store and tidying up the rack right behind them is NOT what you should be doing regardless if you have anything else to do or not. So freaking rude!! Same girl who did this has made rude faces at me in the store before. The staff was so much nicer and welcoming in deep ellum. Only writing this after having a repeated bad experience here.
