The young lady is working in the store and can't tell me nothing about why they charge certain price for a phone. I asked for supervisors and she said im the only one here and then she said im the supervisor and hung the phone up in my face. I have been with cricket for a long time and as a valuable customer i shouldn't be treated like that , i will be looking for a better phone company that knows how to value they customers.
