“”Fraud””” Terrible service, as a first piece of advice if you plan to go to this place always ask for your receipt and for them to break down what they charged you, because since the sellers earn by commission they will try to put anything on your receipt…. I say this from experience, I went to activate 2 lines with a free telephone and they told me one price and in the end I paid another, she offered me covers and screen protectors I told her that they would charge me for them and she said no ?,, in the end I paid almost 300 dollars, I told him to give me a ticket and he rudely denied it, then I called the company and it turned out that my payment was 150. I told them what happened and they told me that what they do in that branch was fraud... . Now I have an open case with the company trying to get a resolution…. If you go to this or another branch, ask for an itemized ticket to see what they charge you because they will try to insert anything...

My recent visit to the cricket store for the purchase of an iPhone 15 was marked by an unsettling encounter that goes beyond poor customer service. I feel compelled to share this experience to shed light on concerning practices that need addressing.During the purchase process, I was informed that I had to buy an accessory bundle, and if I declined, I would still be charged the same amount (with or without accessories). The option to purchase the standalone device was denied, creating a sense of coercion in the sales process. To my dismay, after declining the bundle, I noticed that my final total was a bit more than the price of the iPhone 15 itself.This lack of transparency in the sales process is deeply troubling. I only became more aware of this additional charge after leaving the store and contacting customer service for a breakdown of the charges. It was revealed that I had been charged for a product I neither approved nor received.Upon returning to the store to address this issue, the employee Cytlali, who had assisted me, had no explanation for the unauthorized charge. It became evident that this was not an isolated incident, raising concerns about the integrity of the sales practices at the store. The refund I received only after confronting the employee further underscored the lack of accountability in their procedures.It appears that such tactics may be employed to artificially boost sales commission numbers, and I cannot help but wonder if I am not the first customer to fall victim to these misleading practices.In light of these experiences, I implore the management to review and rectify these issues promptly. Customers should feel confident in their transactions, knowing they will not be coerced into unnecessary purchases and that charges will accurately reflect their approved selections. I sincerely hope that my feedback contributes to positive changes in the store's practices and ensures a more honest and transparent shopping environment for future patrons.

Sometimes I get good service through them and other times I don't. Have had a number of times that I have had issues with them. Like the phone I have now. I told the lady what I mainly use my phone for and which phone would work best for me. She recommended this piece of s#!t. This is one of the worst phones I've ever owned. Other times I've had problems getting my phone set up also they once set me up for automatic pay when I told them not too. My advice is don't ask them for recommendations because they don't know there product. I liked metro better and will change over at some point. It's only fair for me to say that I have had times that the staff was very helpful, nice and was very friendly. I have them 3 stars because half the time the service is good and half the time it's not.

I just want to compliment you on your staff at the cricket. Myrka has been extremely gracious ans helpful to me after my stroke because I couldn't remember things and she was so avaialble amd willing to help me diring my time of recovery ans still is. I knew they were always tbere ublole many of the ither stores. You truly havw a hewel witb yoyr employee at your store.
