I visited the store on 11/18/2022 and Ms. Arianna was absolutely great!!! She happily answered all of my questions and took her time to thoroughly explains things (like the benefits of ACP). Arianna handled all the changes I wanted to make to my account with the greatest professionalism.Absolutely love Cricket and as well as visiting this retail store.

This guy sell me a non 5 g phone for 200 and saying it was a new phone ,and they normally sell it for 300 and it was gonna let it go for 200 ,my 3 lines that have been slow and my phone as well ,I want a refund or a 5g phone I'm gonna report this guy to cricket that's was a scam
