I visited this Cricket store today but experienced terrible customer service. Disappointed, I decided to go to another Cricket store where I had the best customer service experience ever. The female employee at the first location did not attempt to assist me and seemed lazy!! In my opinion, if you are not happy with your job, you should look for a different one.

The attitude of the person who answers and the way he answers is terrible... he started talking on the phone and stopped answering me... I was going to change more lines... because the price and the services are good... but the attention leaves a lot to be desired!!

The truth is, the service they provide there is very poor and they do not accept Cash for payment. I went there to make my payment from Bill and they told me that they do not accept Cash, only cards.
