Great customer service by the Manager. There was a really rude customer who was trying to pay a bill and came in front of us to get her work done quickly. She didn’t want to pay the in store $5 fee and was giving him a really hard time, manager handled the whole situation really well.

Awais has the best customer service skills I've ever seen. The way he explains things, especially regarding phones and how GB works, is impressive. He even set up my Google account and transferred everything from my old phone. Dealing with multiple customers simultaneously showcases his intelligence.

If I could give 10 stars I would, I was having trouble with boost not letting me transfer so the guy gave me a great deal to start a new line, my dad a phone and all the accessories for less than the price I was expecting to pay for just mine. They will always have my business.

Came in to buy my mom a new plan for her old phone but wasn’t able to work with her existing phone , so Nagman was able to offer her a phone with full accessories and a phone that works with a plan for her international calling. So far we are very happy with todays visit .

The lady was So rude she said they couldn’t give me a SIM card, when I have and active line with them already. The guy said I couldn’t purchase one unless I had a phone. He told me I had to pay $25 for the SIM card and $25 to activate it. Went to a different cricket location and they were super nice gave me a SIM card for $10 and didn’t have to pay activation fee.

I went in and purchased a $400 phone which was actually a $380 phone, I was asked if I wanted to purchase accessories I said no. The girl Ariana still sold them to me and did not give me a receipt, I asked if I could have one she said they don't give printed receipts she sent me a text with a "recent payment" statement but no itemized receipt. Long story short after calling my Credit card company , she indeed did sell me the accessories to meet her daily sales . This was a fraudulent charge. Beware if you have purchased from this store before most likely you also got fraudulent charges posted to your account.
