Well, it is cheaper than other stores, what still doesn't convince me is the Internet speed, although they claim it is 5G, it looks more like 4G but it is functional.

When I came in the store I was greeted with a smile. Manue he was a great person to talk about my situation with my phone and gave me advice on what kind of I should get. I will most definitely come back with him.

I used have Metro PCS and I switched to Cricket I guy that took care of me was Manue he was so helpful and attentive so a few days later needed another phone and went to the location and they told he moved to another location so I asked where he went so I over there his customer service was go great as he did the first time.Keep up the great work.

This is the worst phone company I ever signed up with. I signed up for service and did not get service and could not get a refund. Really really bad choice. Never ever again will I recommend this company. A big waste of TIME and MONEY.

I had to get my new iphone 14 activated and it was a long process because I could not remember the code on my account. Stephanie and Leslie were so incredibly helpful. They were patient and stayed on the phone with customer service as long as it took to resolve the problem and get me taken care of. If i ever need another iphone activated, I would definitely come back!
