Been with Karen since 2019. I came with her as a client when she joined and will continue to use her services every year. She is very quick and thorough. I have never had any problems. This year I got my tax refund within a week.

Ron does not return phone calls or answer questions after your return is filed. I find him very unprofessional. Do not recommend this place.

Was referred to these jokers from a group I used that is transitioning out of the tax business. The response I got back when I inquired was totally rude! I wouldn't use this group for nothing....STEER CLEAR AND GO ELSEWHERE

Apr 1st. 2023.Ron Mussett and Eric Bailey from Crescere Group ignored critical for the tax return info(Cost Segregated Depreciation Study), even when I told them in advance, loud and clear, and I provided the Study. Apr 2nd 2023. My mistake - I paid them before I checked their work. I checked only the next day - and then found their omission. When I requested correction, Crescere Group made me wait for them for 40 days. May 11th 2023. Finally, Ron admitted he does not know what Cost Segregated Depreciation is! He even claimed there is no such thing in the world! Why he didn't say it from the beginning? It takes just 5 minutes to find IRS Guide for Cost Segregated Depreciation on the IRS website. Why Crescere Group failed find it in 40 days? Why they never asked me for help? I would google for them! May 12th I sent Crescere Group links to the IRS Cost Segregated Depreciation guide, on IRS website. I requested Ron and Eric either complete job they promised to deliver, or provide refund. After that - Crescere Group become silent, as of writing this May 17th 2023. I can not imagine a good reason for that. P.S. It is fine to know nothing about multi areas of Tax Code, even when you are a CPA. As far as you know - what areas you are competent. That's how a lot of professionals do work. It is a mistake to ignore info and documentation that your customer provided to you. It is NOT fine to cover up your mistake. It is very NOT fine to not refund your customer when you failed to deliver.

I wanted to confirm that I understood the tax penalties and ramifications of a 401k withdrawal, so I called the Crescere group. Being as it's the tail end of busy season, I was surprised to get a call back less than 24 hours later. In less than 2 minutes, I had my answers. Very kind of them to share their knowledge with me for free - I am not a current client of theirs. They definitely have a future client in me if I ever need deeper tax pro assistance!

I hired Ron Mussett to file taxes for my deceased father. There was a tiny barrier that it needs to be sent via mail instead of e-file. Due to this barrier he has completely disappeared for several months, not responding to any phones calls or emails. Taxes have still not been filed (in September) and I am about to file a complaint with the IRS of his refusal to complete the job I paid him to do. I even offered to reimburse for the mailing but he has simply disappeared all year. Secretary takes messages and there is no response ever after months.

What took Ron 20 minutes would have taken me 2 hours on TurboTax to do. By the end he practically forced me to take home more money than I was expecting! Lol. He was a great guy and has a great attitude. Not a boring number drone. I will definitely be back next year for his service. Highly recommend!

Received our refund today after filing our taxes through Ron on the 13th. Took only 7 days! Ron was extremely efficient and quick with our taxes and responds to our emails timely. We scheduled an appointment with him early morning and he was able to finish everything in less than an hour for our joint taxes and multiple state taxes. I truly believe what he said: paying for better use of our time is better than spending hours or maybe days loathing on applications such as TurboTax, especially if we have multiple items to file. Thank you for putting us at ease after procrastinating it close to the deadline! Will definitely come back next year.
