“I had an auto loan with LSCU. They were real easy with the refi from previous loan payoff to LSCU and since I had a great credit score I got a great rate. I paid off my loan, however I did have one hick up due to insurance (not my fault) and Jessica helped me with getting the loan overpayment corrected and the title sent to me. Other than that, I had a great experience with my loan at LSCU and would like to use them again in the future. Thanks!”

“After "free checking" @ Chase turned into having to pay for checking even though we had the minimum easily covered it turns out that unless you use the account a lot during each month they charge you and inactivity fee....we closed our checking account walked across the parking lot to Texas Health Resources and opened up a great savings and checking account!!. We're also American Airlines credit union account holders and Texas Health Resources and everyone inside that office have always been gracious with great attitudes and very attentive and helping us sort things out whenever we had a question or concern. I don't get these negative reviews at all because I've been going to this branch for years and they've always got great attitudes, smiles on their face, I always greet you and a very happy way and the bank itself is very clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend them for anything and everything!”

“I love this bank. I never have any issues. The tellers are always polite, professional, and informative. I came in because I lost my wallet and had money orders that were filled out to a company that wouldn’t take them.. Shaniya helped me get a new debit card and deposit the money orders that were giving me a pain in my butt. So much stress is relieved and I thought I would be turned around due to annoying “policies”. But now everything is fine due to the help I received.
