“This credit union is the best! They will actually work with you unlike the big banks. I have had Prestige loan to me when the big bank I have been a part of for almost 30 years would not. “After "free checking" @ Chase turned into having to pay for checking even though we had the minimum easily covered it turns out that unless you use the account a lot during each month they charge you and inactivity fee....we closed our checking account walked across the parking lot to Texas Health Resources and opened up a great savings and checking account!!. We're also American Airlines credit union account holders and Texas Health Resources and everyone inside that office have always been gracious with great attitudes and very attentive and helping us sort things out whenever we had a question or concern. I don't get these negative reviews at all because I've been going to this branch for years and they've always got great attitudes, smiles on their face, I always greet you and a very happy way and the bank itself is very clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend them for anything and everything!”

They don’t treat you special bc you have a lot of money(bc I don’t, but I still feel special) Mr. Luis is at this location and he is amazing! He is a living example of going above and beyond. Have you ever had your bank call you to help you AFTER banking hours to help you?? Me either- at least, not until NCU. This is a phenomenal bank. Don’t just shop local- BANK local too.”
“I love this bank. I never have any issues. The tellers are always polite, professional, and informative. I came in because I lost my wallet and had money orders that were filled out to a company that wouldn’t take them.. Shaniya helped me get a new debit card and deposit the money orders that were giving me a pain in my butt. So much stress is relieved and I thought I would be turned around due to annoying “policies”. But now everything is fine due to the help I received. “PenFed got me the lowest rate out there for a used auto but that isn't why I am writing a review. I am writing a review because of the customer service I received during the process of purchasing my car. The dealership that I am purchasing it through got really picky and started making me jump through a bunch of hoops to finalize the deal (which still is not final because we are waiting on a new check to come in the mail) and PenFed has tried to help every way that they can with what the dealership is asking for. I couldn't have asked for better customer service yesterday and really wish I would have caught the gentleman's name that helped me so that I can thank him for trying. The dealership wants a different name on the check so PenFed had to put a stop payment on the one that was issued and then overnight me another one with the information that the dealership requested to try to meet the deadline for submitting this. We will see if the dealership works with us to finish this deal but I can 100% say it will not be because PenFed did anything wrong or didn't try. I am confident I made the right decision with financing through them. Thank you PenFed for having a personal touch and caring about your customers and please thank the guy that helped me yesterday if that is possible. Hopefully it will get here in time and we can move forward and away from that dealership.”
