Customer service has no English speaking reps. You have to request a call back from a English speaking rep. My credit card was compromised and my auto debit was getting denied. Finally I spoke to the rep and explained her that for last 1/5 years I have been sick as I have serious heart condition and I have been in and out of the hospital. They have been charging me late fee as I could not update my card. I requested to waive of the fee but she was adamant that she can do only 1 month. They behave like a big company but it looks to me it is mom and pop company.

I rent a water purifier and use other products, but I would especially recommend avoiding ice water purifier products as much as possible.Even though it is a new product, water leaks occurred 4 times, and although they fix it each time, they never exchange it for another product, which is really annoying.It can't be a company.

helloIt's been a month since I've been using the water purifier.The taste of the water is really good and you don't have to prepare cold and hot water separately, so it's very convenient to use and cheaper than buying water.

When I used the bidet, it made me feel so clean and neat that I felt really good every time I used it. It cleans and dries itself, so it couldn't be better. I highly recommend it.
