I would love to give a higher rating but will explain why I can’t. The image scanning service needs to be improved. My paintings always come out with a strange green tint and far more saturated than they actually are. A lot of texture gets lost too. I have to spend hours color correcting and removing dust and hairs from images. I’ve mentioned the color issue previously but nothing has changed, if anything, it’s gotten worse over the last couple of years. I don’t come in a ton but customer service never remembers me either. I paid for my most recent scan when I dropped off the painting, and then was emailed a bill. I emailed back that I had paid with an image of the receipt. Didn’t hear back. They asked for payment again when I picked up my painting I showed them the physical receipt. It’s frustrating because it feels like there’s so much potential to do better.

A couple days ago I got my pieces. The end product is really nice, but the process to get them totally get there is such a pain. Multiple calls to rehash what we wanted (size, medium, etc) because it seems they don’t write stuff down. Multiple trips back and forth because they forgot to return all the original pieces I gave them. Multiple trips because they didn’t give me all the end products I had done. Multiple calls because they wouldn’t send the right files I needed. Don’t get me wrong, after all the endless back and forth and mistakes and all, the products are amazing! But geez it sure was a pain to work with them to get there. It got so frustrating. And one of the final products was warped and they re-glued it (or whatever they do, press it?) on the fly and said it’ll be fine, then a day later it came undone and warped again. It was just a hassle on and on, there was always something wrong each step of the way.But again, after everything, I’m really happy with the product itself… the process.. not so much. I’ll give another company a shot before I come back here.

Not happy with their customer services. From 9:30 am I was trying to reach Katty to find out if my print works were done, so I could go there to get it. I was told she was with other customers. Until 11:45 am now I am still waiting for the call back.I wonder that I was not a customer? Just to give me a word don’t take too from her.

We've been using Coupralux for many years and couldn't ask for a better fine art printer or better staff! They take good care you, are friendly, and they stand by their products and service with immense quality. Once you find Coupralux, you've found the best!

The service at this place is comical. The work they do is fine, but not worth dealing with the terrible customer service. Today, I walked in and there were two employees talking at the front. Both saw me. Both kept talking while I stood trying to make eye contact..waiting for their help. After 5 MINUTES one turned to me and said "we'll be with you in a minute." Nice. Every time I go into this place it's like I'm interrupting their lunch hour and they are all bored and sleepy. It's like talking to the sloths from the DMV on Zootopia. Definitely go somewhere else.

Tried their scanning service, but did not like it at all. The scans I did on my Epson V500 exceeded their quality. If you have any sort of texture or depth to your artwork, their scans will flatten it completely and lose all of that detail. I paid $60ish for the scan and was not able to use it for my project.

Efficient, high quality prints with knowledgeable staff. I have been coming for over a year for various pieces I get printed as gifts and people always remark how great the digital art comes out on their substrates!

If you're an artist looking for a place with wonderful professional scans, incredible prints, quick turnaround, great prices, and incredible staff, look no further. I've been working with Coupralux for a couple months and WOW. I'm so impressed! Even when I'm a little pressed for prints and need them ASAP, they're super accommodating and wonderful, an absolute lifesaver when dealing with last minute orders. THANK YOU!

The official print shop of Urban Fabric Photography. I've been coming here for a year or so now. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of work. Large-format game has been stepped up immensely in the last year. If you can find a better deal for this sort of quality, call me.
