Erin was so helpful!!! I had just purchased a swivel chair and she helped us with putting it into my Honda civic. After many tries she made it fit!!! She was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond for us. Everyone was so nice there! :)

First time here and we were super excited but had a terrible experience. The cashier could not even be heard he was so quiet. I made a purchase with a 15% off coupon and later found a 25% off coupon. I asked if it would be an issue to return and repurchase with the 25% off and they said yes. My purchase was $5 more with the bigger coupon which made no sense. I asked if I could just use the 15% off coupon then. They said it was a one time use only. Okay?? Well this is my one time LOLZero customer service and zero people skills. They denied being able to add a 15% off coupon and said I would have to call customer service. I’m in line why would I step away to call customer service when you can just add a 15% off coupon to my purchase? Ended up paying the higher price and to make matters worse two of the food items I got were expired. I wish I could just get my money back. This store was not worth the 30 minute drive.

Lady up front said we couldn’t win another golden egg because my 11 year old daughter won one yesterday. I found a gold egg number 4, worth FIFTY DOLLARS. They had smiles on their faces, and said “too bad! ?” saw another lady get one yesterday, and today, exactly like us except my daughter won one yesterday and I won one today. Two different people. Ugh! Not to mention, we spend tons of money there too.World Market do better!

Always love coming in here. You never know what cool gem you’ll stumble on.The store is clean, easy to navigate, easy parking lot, and friendly staff. Not much more you can ask for!

A lot of their food and sauce items are expired. This location is literally 4 minutes away from me and I have to go to another one. That's 15 or another 26 minutes away because one of my favorite hot sauces that I only find at this store chain is always expired at this location with dust. Doesn't even have the newest label on it. Every few months I come back and nothing changes or is updated. Besides the food section, everything else is good.

This World Market staff is awesome! They went above and beyond- even digging through a pallet in their back room- to make sure that I got my entire online order in time to give it as a Christmas gift. Thank you guys so much! Especially Caroline who was working on the online orders. Y’all rock!

The staff is not friendly- was never greeted . The check out experience was not courteous and cheerful . I will not shop at this location again . The staff should do better!
