Touring at Cortland M-line was a delight. The spacious apartments are well-designed, and the management team is friendly. The community is peaceful and I appreciate the convenient location Overall, I loved the building and will definitely be calling this place home!

I absolutely love Cortland M-line! Everyone who works here is so nice and kind! I love the apartment complex with all of the amenities! Everything is so clean and nice!

Update: It's been more than a year after the incident but this apartment building didn't take the responsibility and didn't pay to fix my car.The apartment building’s dumpster hit and damaged my car but they don’t take responsibility to pay to fix it. I’m having hard time to contact them. I have seen bad reviews in this apartment.

incredibly concerned about security. To echo the review below - we were robbed and management is trying to cover it up. I had high hopes for Cortland M and am very disappointed in their response and lack of security.The response below is false, the front desk lets anyone in and they don’t have any security footage. My door was locked and I’m incredibly concerned about safety since apparently all these “security methods” did not work. They never sent an announcement to the building about the robbery.Safety is my number one priority and it can’t be found here.

Sweetest staff/maintenance/concierge. Taner helped me move in, maintenance staff went above and beyond with my move on, and concierge was super positive and helpful. Thank you so much Cortland M-Line, Taner and both the day and night shift concierge, y’all are all amazing!Would 12/10 recommend moving in

Liked this place at first, but security is a joke. My apartment was robbed WHILE I WAS INSIDE & the security team didn’t help at all - they were watching TV instead of watching the security cameras. Management was extremely unhelpful and won’t even issue a statement to the whole community.DON’T LIVE HERE IF YOU EXPECT A SAFE APARTMENT BUILDING

I moved to Cortland M-Line a year ago and my experience so far has been great! Richie (from maintenance) is an absolute gem and he helped me set up and build most of my furniture! He’s always been so quick to lend me a helping hand and is always quick to respond to any requests I put in my resident portal, 10/10!

I’ve lived at Cortland M-Line for a year and a half now with my fiancée, and it is hands down the best apartment experience we have had in Dallas over the last six years. The location in Uptown is convenient and walkable with great restaurants right downstairs, without being ultra rowdy at night. The building is kept clean overall, the unit interiors are modern, the view from the 20th floor is unbeatable, and management recently added package lockers and a dog park to the amenities (with more upgrades rumored to be in the works). The onsite team really sets this place apart from everywhere else – Heather and Wyatt are super friendly and host lively resident events, the concierge staff is welcoming, and maintenance requests are handled almost immediately (not that we’ve had many at all – just the occasional light bulb change). We recently renewed our lease and plan to keep renewing here.

ABSOLUTELY love love love this community! I am not too familiar with the Dallas area but Heather toured me and made me feel right at home. This location is a prime location and the team is extremely friendly. The overall customer service I received was 11/10!
