The copier we are leasing seems to be fine. However, the customer service from this company is horrible! The company I work for requests monthly invoice statements to ensure all invoices are paid up to date. This is standard operating procedure. As required I do the same with The Copier Guy. I have not heard anything about an outstanding invoice for the past 11 months. To my SUPRISE received an email today with 3 outstanding invoices. Horrible communication and customer service from their office. On a positive note, the techs that come out to service the equipment are friendly and nice. You just never get an invoice for their services until they are past due and you have closed your books for the year. I would give less than 1 star if possible.

The Copier Guy has been helping me at so many different locations. He’s saved our very expensive copier, even repairing parts that are discontinued, always professional, always in & out quickly to get us up & running for business! Thanks, Copier Guy!

This place is the best, I don’t know what the bad reviews are yapping on about. The best customer service I have seen in decades, VERY nice prices. Never personally had a bad experience using this company. Stop looking for other copier companies, unless you just enjoy wasting your time for fun.

Rick is the absolute sweetest man I have ever met. He answers all my questions, he takes his time, he explains what's going on. In the 4 years we have been with them he is the most polite person I have come in contact with there. There is one other tech, he is a little more abrasive and not as polite. I love when Rick comes out to my business and helps us! He usually makes my day!

Expert advise and fantastic technical staff. This is a great on-site printer service and they handle our 2 big Konica business machines with utmost care. I would recommend The Copier Guy to ANYONE!

very unbelievable the owner of this company said that he wasn't concern about his employees that were under the influence of drugs like methamphetamine are being used while employees are are on the clock think you would be concerned about both on and off the clock just saying
