Excellent service. Awesome atmosphere. I would definitely book here for my next event. They treat you like family members. Greatcommunication at all time and very helpful. At the say of the event they help out a-lot so you don’t have to worry about it and most importantly they care that you have the best day of your life. Very clean and attentive people. It’s just perfect for the price you pay. Definitely worth it and recommend it 100%. Miriam is the best very attentive and helpful with everything you need.

I would definitely recommend this venue although I would’ve done several things different for my daughter’s xv. Miriam was wonderful, she seemed to find the right words when something went wrong. One star less because my daughter got limo instead of party bus

Disaster from the beginning...there was a power outage which occurred..this was not anyone's fault...however when the power did come back the AC did not. After several attempts to advise the manager she kept insisting the AC was on and even got an attitude because we kept telling her it was not. She finally admitted only one unit was working. Guests attempted to help with the situation and offered to look at the units but were told someone was already repairing it. After about 2.5 hours all guests were drenched in sweat and had to fan themselves, the AC finally came back on. The servers were going so slow the family had to assist in serving the food. Then the women's restroom flooded.This is the edit after receiving the response - - the person who expressed their gratefulness was not the person who signed the contract.. I am well aware of who signed the contract and how aggravated they were with all of the chaos that was occurring the night of the event. Furthermore she was supposed to be enjoying her daughter's event and could not because she had to deal with these problems and management.

Our family hosted a quince at this venue for my niece, last Sat, 30min into the event all of the power went out due to a "blackout" for 2 seconds. The power did come back on, but the AC did not. After numerous complaints, the owner insisted that the AC was on. When the venue was increasingly getting hotter, we continued to voice our complaints and were then told that 1 of the 3 units was only working. We had a number of our guests trying to help solve the issue instead of enjoying the event. 2 of our guests offered to take a look at the unit on top of the roof, but we're told that someone had gotten there to fix them, an hour after they had gone out, the AC finally came back on 2.5 hours later. By then, most of our guests were drenched in sweat. Later that night, the women's restroom flooded, leaving our guests to have to use the men's restroom while the issue in the women's restroom was being resolved. Apart from the AC and restroom disaster, several of the catering staff where observed eating and drinking the food that was paid for and the drinks we brought. They were also seen filling up goodie bags from the dessert table and eating the candy and desserts, which seemed very unprofessional.It's understandable that there are often things that occur that are out of our control, like a "blackout," but there should always be a backup (generators/fans) to help control the situation and the things that can be controlled, should immediately be handled with full transparency.

Was working there with my fiance and it was a simple venue. The power did shut off and came back on but it messed with the AC. Was kinda hot and it took a while for the AC to come back on. The owners were trying to get it back on and eventually they did. They were helpful and considerate of the people so they continued to find the solution for the AC being out.

Great venue for any event in which we recently had a private double graduation party for my daughter and my nephew. We were very pleased with the party. It was a very classy set up throughout the venue from the servers to bartending staff in which they were great as well. I loved their patio set up that was a great view as soon as you walk in. Miriam was our contact throughout the whole process and she was an awesome person to work with. She helped with several ideas and assisted us with the many questions we had. The whole process was easy and made our party extra enjoyable. They took care of the table setups, serving and picking up. They also made sure the restrooms were kept clean and stocked. At the end of the party they made sure they cleaned up which was a huge plus for us. I understand why this venue was recommended to us and I see why they didn’t disappoint. We will be contacting Continental MCM Ballroom for our next big event. Thank you again for making our Grad party special for our guest, daughter and nephew.
