I am so disappointed at the manager at this store Luis the general manager is very rude I purchased a brand new washer yesterday and he told me to come back in 2 hours to get the drawer cause it takes time to take it off and I am like in my mind why should it take 2 hours for that but any way when i came back to pick it up it had scratches on it like it was scratched with a safety pen and I told him i didn't want that so he said it was bought as is cause the store is closing so I went over and looked at the other washer that was still on the floor model and I told him that's not the one I purchased it was still on the floor so he said again okay I will exchange it come back in 2 hours I will have it ready how about he gave me the same one with the exact same scratches there is no way they can have the same scratches in the same places unless it's done on purpose it look brand new and everything you can tell they was fresh marks and on top of that they was arguing in the the store what type customer service is this very bad arguing in front of customers I didn't have nothing to do with what ya'll had going on I really did not like how I was treated in this store why would you give some one something like this with a brand new washer I am really pist it is just wrong when you walk in the the store you can tell vibe between the workers is not right they are not treating each other right and they are being very mean and disrespectful to the elderly lady in there I have purchased stuff here pletty of times I would never thought I would get this treatment and it was only because I payed ahead of time that he gave me what he wanted to give me I would never shop at any other Conn's store again

I love how easy the gentleman made it on 4/30 around 7at night
They went above and beyond one the salesman even recognized my daughter was coughing a lot and let her know there was a water fountain if she needed it! I love that he treated her as a valid human!! Will be back to get my mattress and frame thank you

Rachel was MORE than helpful. She is also VERY informative. I do not expect to be side blinded by the shipping/installation process or the financial process! Couldn’t recommended anyone else! I will be going to her when I redecorate my kid’s bedroom!

Go anywhere else to spend your money. Unless you get lucky and they don’t send criminals that intimidate a female into signing for damaged stuff they just forced thru your door you will be out of luck. I also can promise you conns will respond to this saying “they see they recently spoke to me and addressed my concerns” I can assure you they have not and will not address concerns. They will sell you stuff and be done.
