I went here because of the reviews, but my experience was not great - after two incomplete repair attempts I took my car elsewhere - they had to replace one part already replaced because it was put on incorrectly. Cost State Farm a lot more in car rentals, and parts and labor, unless they got a partial refund from Concours. Disappointing experience.

Was able to get my car in fast. Buddy communicated every step clearly. The bid was slightly under other shops with 2 month wait times. Worked well with the insurer (Pure) of the person who hit my car. Looks like new. Car returned immaculately clean.

I recently wrecked my civic, and my insurance company recommended this paint and auto body location as a preferred vendor. Having an accident (especially when you are at fault :( ) is such a stressful experience however the service team was sooo kind and supportive to me, even asking me when I arrived with the tow truck, whether I was ok and reminding me that "cars are replaceable people are not." Even though my car ended up being declared totaled and was not repairable, I will never forget the genuine kindness and support from the team members at the Anaheim Paint and Body Shop!
