Bought quite a few items from this store over the past year, give or take. Generally speaking I love their selection and it’s great to have a store like this in the city of Dallas. Although their system for trade in of cards needs refining. I called today 20 minutes prior to entering to see if they had the availability and the staff to do a trade in. I was told they in fact do, upon getting to the store again. Roughly 20-25 minutes after my call I walk up to the counter only to be told by the employee working they are done. I don’t know if the employee just arbitrarily decides when to no longer accept trades, but I don’t appreciate wasting my time driving over there especially when I called previously to confirm they could.

Cool space with a great selection of games! There’s plenty of space to sit and play, a whole wall of demo games to play for free, and a big shop area. There are private rooms you can pay to rent out as well.

Walked in, and the inside was amazing. The staff was so welcoming and understanding. They had games we could test out. Any questions we had they answered.

First visit, I ordered a card game online for pick up. Dropped in and literally blown away by the selection here as well as the community gaming area.
So glad I found this place, totally impressed... Robert helped me out, what a gem.

This place has been my happy place since moving to Dallas. I love coming in here just to see what's new. I never fail to find something, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I love that there's a variety of events as well. Love that they are affirming.

I've been comming to this store for years! I took a break for a while have been to both locations and still have my playmat one employee drew herself (it's the purple dragon one if anyone remembers). recently I joined in my first ever pre release event for MTG dusk mourn although I dropped out I did have fun and enjoyed what I could. I dropped out because I'm a very shy and anxious person and it was overwhelming for me staff was so kind to check up and help me as well thank you so much! also want to add that the store is very wheelchair friendly! on days my legs don't enjoy cooperating I've used my wheelchair multiple times and I can turn and move so smoothly I love you guys for that! I felt safe the whole time especially as a disabled woman, staff is so kind and take their time with me! also want to mention recently a member of the MTG community had passed and the store and staff made so much of an effort to promote the GoFundMe for the recently widowed wife. Jared sounded like he was loved by many people in the community and by the employees of the store as well. thank you guys for being so amazing I'm never finding a better place than CGG.

One of the best tcg places in the dfw area hands down. Clean, amazing service, and the best part is they charge MSRP. Amazing place for anyone to go and just hang out to play board games, tcg, or just vibe. Highly recommend this place to others

I really like this store. It was my first store ever to attend a tcg here in texas and yes they do like to give each other sh** but that's fine with me I can vibe with that but they are good people and are always stocked and their websites is very convenient and reward system is nice and the pre relase tourney was nice. When messing up other players would help instead of being irritated.

Great selection of games and toys. The staff is always very helpful and, more importantly, there's a lot of great space in which to play some games. Sure, some of the hours don't allow you to play games late into the night except on Fridays, but it's a great place to stop by and check out their library of demonstration games and try out the games before you buy them. I've been going here for the past eight years, including their old location, and would highly recommend that other individuals come here to make their board game purchases and play games themselves. If this place served coffee and maybe some sandwiches and food it'll probably be a pretty cool cafe with some board games, just some wishful thinking!
