ZERP stars recommended. Dropped my car off to get looked at early in the morning. Came back from work hours later and car was still in same spot. They told me it was an electrical problem and my car hadn’t even been touched so they just made it up. Older guy that works there, the only person with good customer service. If I could give zero star to this business, I would. I took my car to the workshop on Monday 07/12/2021 to have a sensor replaced. When I went to pick up the car, a few minutes after driving, the check engine light came on. ; so I returned to the workshop to see what had happened, and asked them to give me the part that supposedly had changed. When I got home, I checked the car and realized that no parts had been changed. The next day I took the car to the dealer, where they told me that the Columbia Auto Repair had not changed any parts. So I had to pay the dealer for parts and maintenance, because the Columbia Auto Repair shop stole the sensor that I brought to them which cost me almost $600. I went to the workshop to report it and obviously they deny it. Beware! Don’t go there.Service: Check engine light diagnostic

Excellent place. I own multiple cars, I've been taking them Columbia Auto Repair for as long as I can remember, mechanic know what they're doing, staff is very nice, can't say enough good things about them. Reasonable prices and trustworthy.

Took my 2002 Chevy Tahoe and had leaking problems on engine I got warranty for one year till this day I still have to go back to see what's the issue of it leaking again every 3 months I have to take my vehicle back do not recommend this shop at all I spent almost $900 on a problem that was not solved and still have to take my vehicle back
