Drop the car 3 weeks ago, for an according to them very basic "just a couple of days repair", Carey keeps changing the date of when is going to be ready. There's ZERO accountability or communication. Im pregnant, and my husband dont have a car to get to work, we already had to extend the rental 3x times, and they keep pushing the days 2 days at a time with some BS excuses. Is impossible to get any accountability from the service representative, and Im just extremely frustrated with this experience. And they use the excuse that we cannot take the car with us without voiding the insurance and paying out of pocket; really shady business practices and bad service by Carey. Please avoid this place as much as you can!!

Nothing satisfied with the delivery time of the vehicle, with the repair also because it did not look good. and it is useless to talk to the people in charge because you get the same result to call themselves TOYOTA COLLISION expected another service. and more responsibility. if they had

This is the worst representative of the Toyota brand! 4 month after dropping the car off to fix what appeared to be a max 2 week's work. Even though the initial interaction seemed fine, and this is a Toyota branded collision center, one would assume they would know what all is needed to get the car back to it's originally condition. And they would be best to know which part are required and have access to the part is a complete mis-representation and far from the truth on what they delivered. In many interactions the conversation was always replied by using keywords like , "we have no responsibility on .... it is someone else's " and also using "you knew about this when you signed the initial contract ... " . The work that should have taken 2 weeks and $5000 ended up taking 4 month and $15000 (yes 15 thousand) on top of all the hassle to deal with them as well as the insurance. The part was "in back order" whcih one could probably understand , or if you really dig down to it, it is not a new part anyways, so how is it back order??? The only movement on the part happened when the insurance said they would stop paying for the rental car and when the not-at-fault person (me) googled and found the exact part available to order on the web. After my email of finding the part, that is only when they replied saying, yes the part just arrived yesterday...
Anyways.. going forward, do your homework, keep tab of every communication and keep it in writing, document. Maybe one day we won't have to pay so much money to insure our car if shops like these, do a proper fix of the car with the intension of being cost effective all around and fast to be able to return the car back to the owner in the shortest amount of time. This have just been a nightmare I don't wish on anyone.

They hit my car. The insurance company made the initial payment. However, despite my repeated visits for about 5 months, they could not send an e-mail to the insurance company. The first pay of the order expired 90 days and became invalid. This is a waste of both time and money.

Toyota of Dallas is a great Collision center. The staff is great the repair process is thorough they really make sure they give the best quality of work, working along side with insurance companies. Hands down the best in North Texas. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs. Don’t expect a drive thru shop they get the work done right and keep you updated through the repair process I got at least one phone call a week.

Took my truck to get some work on it. David from the body shop took great care of it and kept me updated throughout the process. He was easy to work with and was extremely friendly and upfront. Highly recommend him.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Delay in them submitting a single paper back to the insurance company, caused a delay that cost me over $700. They won’t release my car, until their screw up is fixed. It’s been 3+ weeks of Robert in the Body Shop promising that he’d “get it fixed” and hadn’t made a single move to do so.
I do not recommend.

Stay away from this body shop!My recent experience at this body shop was nothing short of a disaster. I entrusted them with my car in May to rectify hail damage, as well as issues with the tailgate and back bumper cover. The outcome? An absolute nightmare.1. Shoddy Paintwork:• The back bumper cover was painted over with utter disregard for cleanliness, resulting in a surface riddled with dust and imperfections.• Rather than addressing dents on the back bumper cover properly, they simply painted over them, leaving an eyesore that's impossible to ignore.• The color on the back bumper cover is a glaring mismatch compared to the rest of my car - a testament to their incompetence.2. Hood Havoc:• While "fixing" the hood, they managed to ruin the paint and bodywork underneath and now it is rusted.3. Vanishing Parts:• The shop's apparent talent for losing parts is astounding. They misplaced the push screw pin clips on the roof headliner, a basic error that is both inconvenient and unacceptable.• Adding to their incompetence, they also lost front grill retainer clips and a taillight bolt after replacement.4. Empty Promises:• The pinnacle of disappointment is their failure to deliver on their promises. The lost roof molding was supposed to be replaced, but it's been an agonizing 5 months with zero progress despite numerous follow-ups.5. New Nightmare:• I want to clarify that I'm not making any accusations here, but as if all this wasn't enough, I discovered a newly introduced problem after their "repair" – a distortion in my passenger speaker that was never an issue before. The work performed on my car was not only subpar but utterly atrocious. I don't make harsh statements lightly, but this experience has been beyond disappointing.Services: Painting

Awful communication during the entire body repair process. It was so bad that my insurance company refused to cover any more days of my rental car due to the body shop not responding with any updates. After 7 days of “it should be ready tomorrow” I am still without a truck. I understand material delays and issues that happen, that’s life, but communication and accurate information would go a long way. After calling the body shop twice today, I have been told that I will be called back by the person “handling my file”. No call back.6/24 Update: THEY made a mistake on my deductible payment when I finally picked up my vehicle, and are now threatening me with collection services to pay the remainder. This is after I went through a week with no rental car due to the delays and had to Uber/use other means of transportation at my expense.
