Love this location. Full of inventory and options compared to the Galleria one which is smaller. Hugo is my absolute favorite. So attentive, knowledgeable, and sweet. I come by regularly strictly for the awesome customer service I receive here. Can’t wait to shop again with Hugo!

Really nice place with preppy (but expensive) clothing. Customer service is meh, and they need to answer their phones. I'll break this down into pros and cons:PROS(1) It's a clean store and the only Club Monaco location in Dallas, TX, with a men's section (the Galleria Dallas location is women's only—though neither the Club Monaco website nor its Google Maps listing states that).(2) This is a big one: PLENTY of sizing for smaller, slimmer guys like me. They not only had Small sizes, but plenty of Extra-Small XS and I even ran into some pieces that had XXS. This is IMPOSSIBLE to find with other brands: typically you have a pile-up of Large, Extra-Large, etc. sizes and the smaller guys are left out to dry. I ended up buying more than I'd budgeted for here because there were so many cute things in my small sizes.(3) Fitting rooms are spacious and clean and brightly lit.(4) They do have a 15% off student discount for full-price and sale items—but it's not combineable with other promotions (see below).(5) Quality customer service (perhaps too attentive; more on that later). The manager(6) A piece I bought was slightly damaged and they upped the discount from 40% off (which applied to all pieces in the store during the current promotion) to 50% off. Don't be hesitant to ask them to consider a "Damage Discount."(7) They helped me gift-wrap the gifts I was buying: they wrap the clothes in gorgeous white parchment paper, then put the stuff in a nice black box with black ribbon at two of the corners. Really quality stuff!(8) One of the items they sold me (unknowingly) had a little black stain on this white polo. I took the item back into the store 3 minutes before closing on a Thursday evening at 8:57 pm and they were very happy to help me out. While I went with another staff member to find a replacement item for a potential even exchange, the other staff member started scrubbing the item down at the front counter with bleach wipes. Lo and behold, they got the stain out, and even neatly folded and GIFT-WRAPPED the item for me and put it in a lovely box. Like, 10/10 service and I was out by 9:05 pm. Thank you for staying after and helping me make sure my brother's gift wasn't stained.CONS(1) The store is dimly lit and hurt my eyes, lol.(2) The men's section could be larger: it's literally a single room at the very back of the store. About two-thirds to three-fourths of the store is for women's(3) When there are store-wide offers (and site-wide offers online), the 15% student discount is useless. In fact, the associate looked me dead in the eyes and told me I could use the 15% off student discount, but that I'd forfeit the store-wide 40%-off-everything offer. It is one or another. That's no bueno.(4) As I mentioned above, the men's section is 1 room at the back of the store. It was slow when I was shopping, and one of the staff members was standing in the men's room and just like, staring at me. I don't think it was malicious—it was slow and all the clothes were folded so there wasn't really work to do—but kind of made me uncomfortable.(5) Update 12.29.2022: The place just won't answer their phone (using the number listed at the top of the receipt). We had a question about returns and we've tried calling 7 times: in the afternoon, then early evening, then morning, then around noon, and nobody answers. We even called the NorthPark Mall hotline directly, and the lady sent a messenger directly to the store to speak in-person with an employee and ask them to call me. They still haven't called me. Prompt communication with the store is essential and they aren't delivering.

Im reviewing this place as a former employee. This place is terrible. Management creates a hostile work environment, they pick favorites and promote them over those who actually work there was two incidents where i watched them promote someone who had no retail, and no management experience over another person that deserved the position, they ended up quitting because of it. There's no structure, they get mad when associates show up late yet are never on time themselves. There's also little to no empathy for associates. One had a family friend die and management ask if they could just facetime it so they dont miss work. The associates talk inappropriately about customers. Saying things along the lines of wanting to "**** that customer and i don't care that they have man or woman." I was sexually harassed twice while working here by the male manager and once by two of the associates. HR did nothing to resolve this and that manager is still working there. If you're looking to work at this whirlwind of chaos, i highly advise against it. This is a company that allows sexual harassment, doesn't train you, picks favorites, will give people promises of a promotion but just keep dangling the carrot in front of you, management is lazy condescending and double standards everything. If you're not in with their click you will be treated terribly here.

I don't usually review clothing stores, but I felt the serviced received here was exceptionally good when we visited. Wife and I are visiting Dallas from out of town. Stopped by the mall and my wife loves Club Monaco, so of course we go in. Staff were friendly; we were greeted by several people and received help locating sizes, trying clothes on, etc. What made this experience great was what happened after my wife purchased a shirt. While we were still in the mall, we accidentally spilled water on the shirt (still in the bag). Ink from the receipt actually transferred onto the wet shirt and left like runny, black text. Not just in one spot, but like all over. It was a mess and would not come out. Wife was super stressing since it was looking like we just blew $100 on a newly bought shirt she could no longer wear. Fortunately, we were able to go back to the store and they helped take care of the issue. Replacement shirt, even applied a holiday discount that was accidentally missed. No fuss, no hesitation, just worked it all out quickly. So happy and thanks to the staff for being understanding of the situation.

I went in after mowing my lawn and despite not looking my best they treated me like a queen. I left with more clothes than I planned on buying, a BIG smile on my face, and feeling more cared for than when I first went in. Excellent customer service. They do not disappoint.

Cool Clothing Store !!! The staff is really nice, kind and helpful. I love the styles and colors here. But I feel it's a little bit high cost if compare with something similar to other brands.

I come into the store religiously and lately I just haven't been impressed but today I was very much embarrassed. I'm in the changing room and if you see the damn curtain close don't open it. Someone walks in while I'm changing. All the other curtains were open and you peaked into mine. So in the future can Club Monaco develop occupied signs? Whoever I spoke to at the front desk obviously didn't give two shits. Well least the way she came across she didn't give two shits. I'm not coming back to the store or to any Club Monaco that I buy from frequently until they install proper signs that says A dressing room is being used! I was going to buy two sweaters and I just left.

A particularly friendly and helpful staff who know when to offer their help and when to keep their distance, and really that's all you need when you go to the mall.
