We found CKB Products on Salehoo while looking to replace a supplier we had been using for over ten years. I wasn't sure how long it would take to find one as reliable as our previous ones. After using CKB for several months, so far they have delivered. They process and ship products in a timely manner and send the tracking number the same day. Whenever we have a question, they respond right away, especially Greg, who has been more than helpful. We would like to see some additional features on the website, but that's something that takes time to change. So far, they have been a great supplier and drop shipper.

Found this company through a 3rd party, i will go directly through them when i can from now on. We ordered, it came, some of it was incorrect, they responded almost immediately and corrected and remailed in less than 24 hours. Customer service is almost non exsistant these days. You guys are Killin it!! Thank you for your excellent service and super quick response time!

Ordered my products on the 24th of August, after 12 business days of waiting without any updates I have decided to call and cancel my order and request a refund. Maybe big businesses can survive w service like that but small business that rely on quick turnarounds struggle w service like this.

I placed a order of a stadium seat about 4 months ago. The website never gave me the option for a invoice so I thought me order did not go through. I immediately check my bank account and the order was definitely placed. I tried to call several times but no answer, only a voice recording. I guess I lost that money.

The flask came back flawless. they also double checked my order and let me know when it was coming out. Also, tracking on the shipment. I had a good feeling about them as soon as they answered my questions, emails and knew my order would come. Looks fabulous! can not wait to buy more!

This is unfortunately a terribly ran company with very poor quality control. In their first attempt on an order of 20 engraved flasks only 2 were correct. After that they reattempted for a second try. This time 4 of the 20 were still incorrect, with misspelled words, inconsistent quality, and characters missing. I am going to work with a local company to attempt to fix their continual mistakes, and will obviously never be utilizing this company again. Please look elsewhere for engraved gifts until their leadership refocuses their business and quality control processes. 0/10 stars for engravings.

I ordered 10 black flask from this company and every last one of them had scuff marks. This is not good for my customer since they placed and order and need them immediately. So unsatisfied with the quality of these items. Will not be purchasing anything else in the future and definitely recommend everyone else to go somewhere else when looking for quality items. Not to mention one of them have a dent at the bottom.

Was guaranteed 2 day delivery. Going on 5 days now. Emailed them with no response.they sure didnt waste any time taking my money. Not a good way to do business in my opinion.

If you are looking for satisfaction and confidence in a customer oriented world, then look no further!! These guys went out of their way to create a gift for a friend of mine and went above and beyond in making sure it arrived in time. Very professional, courteous and focused on making right my complaint. I very much appreciated this timely intervention. Extended an "olive branch/ amicable compromise" outside of CKB Products' Policy for which I am very grateful. Thank you very much!!

When I placed the order, the instructions stated to click the contact seller link to submit the engraving instructions. There was no link, so I called the seller directly. I was informed to send the engraving instructions over via email, which I did. I sent the original email at 7:39am. Afterward I received an email from the seller through Amazon asking me to select a font (yes, this was an oversight in my original email). At 8:00 am I sent the font info via email. At 8:01am I received an email directly from the seller saying "Got it!". When my items arrived, they were the incorrect font. I contacted the seller, who was extremely rude and blamed me multiple times...and their automated system. I won't be ordering from them again.
