I love City Wireless! I had a cracked screen and had it repaired quickly without issues. The family vibe and customer service are great. You get greeted upon entrance and never have to wait too long. Along with phones and repairs, there are also plenty of accessories to add to your phone at a good price. Check it out, not a waste of time or money.

They did terrible work !!I took my phone to replace my screen and after it was done they say my Face ID won’t work !! They say something got damaged.I told how could that happen it seens what ever they say didn’t make sense …I told to put the old screen back after I left I check my phone my Face ID was working well..I totally don’t recommend that place they are some scammer’s!!!

Literally when I got the phone back, Whole screen is food except for a black spot in the middle. Then they took my Front camera and replaced it with a Android Camera. place is a joke!!

Excellent, and very affordable repair prices. The repair technician Rocio did an awesome job!! I brought my IPhone 11 in for repair, and she had it fixed in 30 minutes. I definitely recommend City Wireless for your cell phone repair needs!! ?????

I called just to ask a question and first the Hispanic lady who answers the phone was speaking to me in Spanish and i told her i don’t speak Spanish so i guess that made her mad and i asked about a iPhone 11 screen replacement and she said $110 so i was asking about my Apple Watch to be fixed and she didn’t even understand me instead said to bring it and i asked again to do they sell them up there and instead of her trying to answer me she hung up on me for no reason. So. I all back and ask is this how your customers who are of different race are treated by being hung up on because we don’t understand English and she couldn’t even say anything SO NO I DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING ANYWHERE SPENDING MY MONEY WHERE ITS NOT WANTED JUST BECAUSE I DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GO THERE EITHER SMDH. Just completely rude and discriminatory if you ask me
