I had gotten a nail in my tire on my way to Dallas from East Texas. I didn't have cash, and their payment app had difficulties. He allowed me to get money but was closed when I came back. I will definitely use him again when I am visit Dallas. Thank you. Carla Davis

Called before going there to make sure they had the tire l needed because my tire was flat. Got there and they had it like they said they would. They charged me $45 since I used a card but would of charge me $41 if I had paid cash.

I've used City Tires (next door to the Dallas Diner on NW Highway) several times for small services such as airing up tires, fixing flats, etc and never had a problem. One of my cars is a very aggressive Italian sports car that is extremely finicky about tire pressure, and I got a low pressure warning for the left front. I stopped by City Tire to get it fixed, told the gentleman that the correct pressure was 26PSI in the front and 28PSI in the rear. Then I stepped back and let him work. When he was done, I paid him and gave him a tip as always. I fired up the car and now had pressure warnings on all four tires. Gentleman told me he put 40PSI in all the way around because he felt that what I recommended was too low. I pointed out the factory applied tire pressure sticker that was on the door jamb and that it was dangerous to drive that particular car, with those particular P-Zero tires at that pressure. He basically told me to F off, that he didn't have time to do it right. I took it home and aired it up myself. So...make up your own mind whether you want to spend your money here.
