The customer service that I experienced wasn't bad (about average for a gas station). Prices weren't bad either (paid a little over $4 for a soda & a bag of chips). Gas pump worked fine, had no issues.The bathroom needs to be repaired & cleaned badly. Several expired sodas in the refrigerators. Not a whole lot of products for how big the convenience store is (a little over half the convenience store had products).

They only accept Cards for payment so u can't buy a Lottery ticket bcuz U can only buy it with Cash and they don't accept Cash.So go down the freeway to Empire Central st and buy Lottery ticket with Cash at the Exxon station. ????8/8/23 8:35pmOn this date this time. The black female clerk refused to sell me a Mega Millions1 billion+ lottery ticket, she said that it was closed.So I went to another lottery vendor down the street and bought a Mega Millions lottery ticket. At 8:40pmIf the first place had sold me the winning ticket the stores owner would have gotten a percentage of the winning ticket. But instead passed it on to another place. ?

They tried to charge me $5.38 for one can of Bang, when it was clearly marked $2.99 in the refrigerator. Don't go to this station for anything.

This was literally the worst gas station experience I’ve had…& the reason I believe that was…not just pulling the race card but was strictly due to my race & dreads I got demonized before I even walked in…if your black you might wanna skip this place!

I've been a customer at this store since January 2018 when I moved to Dallas TXI've had several incidents from rude customer service to the cashier chasing ppl out the store with a broom stickYESTERDAY'S INCIDENT WAS OUT OF LINE MY DAUGHTER WAS CHASED OUT THE STORE BY THE MANAGER BECAUSE HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION WHICH SHE USED HER CARD TO PAY FOR PART OF HER PURCHASE & CASH FOR THE REST SO HE CAUSED HER PURCHASE TO DECLINE ONCE IT DECLINED HE WOULDN'T RUN IT AGAINTHIS MAN HIT MY DAUGHTER REPEATEDLY WITH A STARBUCKS COLD COFFEE CONTAINER WHICH I BELIEVE WAS GLASS HIT HER CAR SEVERAL TIMES CAUSING DAMAGE TO HER DRIVER DOOR & FENDERTHEN HE PUT HIS ARM INSIDE HER DOOR TRYING TO REMOVE HER KEYS & THATS WHEN I SPOKE UPSOMETHING NEEDS TOBE DONE TO THIS SO CALLED MANAGER HE COULD'VE BEEN KILLEDTHIS IS DALLAS PPL NOT PLAYING BOUT THEIR RESPECT OR PPL TEARING THEIR CARS UP EITHERIVE REPORTED THIS TO THE POLICE AS WELLI ALSO WITNESSED THE MANAGER TASE A HOMELESS MAN OUTSIDE THE STORE

I'm stuck here till Tuesday because of the weather, luckily this Chevron store is open and the young man behind the register has the best service.1-Fresh Coffee2-They do have a microwave(My room next door doesn't)3- Great service.

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE THEY ARE PRICE GOUGING THEY CHARGE 4 TIMES THE PRICE OF AN ITEM THEN A REGULAR STORE THEN REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A RECEIPT. THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND WHEN I TOLD HIM HE IS PRICE GOUGING I CAN BUT THE SAME PRODUCT AT WALMART WAY CHEAPER HE TOLD ME NO IT'S IMPOSSIBLE AND CALLED ME A LIAR THEN I PULLED UP THE WALMART APP & PROVED IT HE SAID I WAS LYING AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT THEN WHEN I TOLD HIM I'M TURNING HIM INTO THE AG BECAUSE IT'S ILLEGAL HE DECIDED TO FOLLOW ME OUT OF THE STORE HE'S VERY AGGRESSIVE & SHOULDN'T EVEN BE ALLOWED TO OWN A STORE OR WORK WITH PUBLIC. THIS MAN CAME TO THE USA & NOW HE THINKS HE CAN PRICE GOUGE AMERICANS AND DISRESPECT THEM.
