  I have been trying to call this branch for over a week (over 20 attempts at this point) and I haven’t been able to get a live person. What is the point of a branch if there are no people able to speak to customers ??

  I wasn't sure what to expect with this location since the reviews aren't great but I had a really good experience. Teller I spoke with was very kind, helpful, and fast. I would come here again.

  Chase website says to check with the local branch to verify notary services. Can’t get anybody to answer a phone after two hours of calling. Customer service cannot tell you.
