Closed at 1:54 pm on saturday. Lady in drive through had attitude when I asked why they where closed early.

Not impressed that only one teller was attending customers inside when there were 5 people in the queue. Unfair perhaps to draw conclusions with a single visit but one is unlikely to reassess impressions with a follow-up visit owing to first impression.

I came to this location to open a business account so I called before coming to make sure I had the right documents . JG pick up and greeting me with amazing customer service and schedule an appointment with me that same day he was professional, patient, with me the whole time. I so glad I chose this chase

I go to a different Chase location all the time due to my job, I went to this location as it was on my way home. They didn’t want to accept the check deposit due to reasons I’ve never heard before. I went to the Chase I regularly go to and they didn’t even understand why that branch couldn’t deposit them. Really wish they would train all employees the same way.

Just opened up a savings account at this location and I had the BEST experience! JG Streit helped me to open the account, and he was delightful to work with! Very personable and genuine! Chase is lucky to have him!

Called several times but no one answered the phone. The voice message did not ask for my number so they can call me back, but just say to call back which I did, with no result.

Worst bank and customer service I have ever experienced at a Chase branch! They need to get their act together and start caring. Bankers and rep agents are dismissive of walk in guests. They will even lie to you in order to go home early.

For me, it doesn't work. They ask for an electricity bill and I brought it, but because I was second in the contract, it didn't affect me, what stupid things, my God.

Lines are ridiculously long and they only have 1 or 2 lanes open. Rude tellers. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes only to be told they were closed when I got to the window. Terrible customer service.

Always long Lines & refused my Deposit. My DL had expired the day before I was unaware but to refuse to take my money. I UNDERSTAND IF I WAS TRYING TO CASH A CHECK BUT I WAS GIVING THEM MONEY.

Place sucks. Switching to company credit union. They prioritize having three people greet you with smiles and ask what you need help with but only have maybe one or zero people to actually help you with whatever you need that day. I see it every time I come in here. It’s a joke.
