Terrible customer service.
Tried to deposit an endorsed check to a business account and they claimed it was impossible.
Meanwhile the check is signed and stamped and endorsed to our company name and this is an acceptable check at every other Chase branch.
They made me wait a half hour and then called up some other person on a phone and explained why they wouldn’t cash the check.
They didn’t try to help me at all. Really poor customer service to a business account that does millions of dollars worth of business with them each year.
Definitely not coming back to this branch.

My customer went to the bank to withdraw cash , the door was locked at 12:30 why ? Do they close for lunch? (The entire bank? ) I called for the customer and the bank never answered the call.

The only bank that said I needed a business account to withdraw coins ! Not sure why the manager and staff in this location give customers a hard time ! Wish I knew there was a policy for a personal account to a business account on how to withdraw money !

Your ATMs always manage to stop working and take days to weeks to be fixed. I don’t wanna drive more further away to another branch just so I could either deposit or withdraw money out of my account. Do better!

Went in to add wife to account twice. First time told to wait and after 30 minutes someone comes to tell me no one is available to wait, why tell me to take a seat and make me wait then. Second time told they will check if banker is available, told to take a seat and wait. Finally they called me up and asked if I was there to open an account and again repeated “adding another person to my account”, then get told that personal banker needs to do that and that she is helping someone already and need to make an appointment. That is ridiculous! This means I have to go for a 3rd time and pray the banker will be available with an appointment. What happened to the days where you walk in and wait your turn and get helped? Guess after 20+ years with Chase it’s time to look for another bank.

Went on Saturday to open a joint account. The agent told me was not available that day and that I had to open the account online. Went on line and opened the account and the website told me to go to the agency. Went again to the agency and other agent told me to make an appointment to see me and did not attend my request. Stupid
